Born and raised in Covington, LA James came to us from a military background, holding different management positions in the realm of Human Resources.
James is most interested in how Home Intead not only care about our clients and families, but also how our business model/culture reflects that.
Outside of work James is a family man, spending the weekends with his wife and kids attending LSU/Saints games and cutting the grass! He also enjoys traveling and has been all over the world, but says there's nothing like home in Southern Louisiana.
Tiffiany began her Career with Home Instead in 2009 as Caregiver, she has been taken on many different roles in the past 10yrs including First Impressions Specialist, Standard Coordinator, Recruiting Specialist and Director of Service Coordination. She is a Delta College MOA Graduate who has extensive Care Giving Experience on both a personal and professional level. She brings the depth and knowledge of her experience to her role as HR Manager as she Trains, Engages and Mentors the Special CareGivers who fit our clients’ needs.
Originally from Kenner, LA Alexis and her family have resided in Ponchatoula ever since Hurricane Katrina passed through. While earning her Bachelors in Health Systems Management from Southeastern Louisiana University, Alexis became a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens. She was then recruited by our General Manager, who was looking for medical supplies at the time.
Outside of Home Instead, Alexis spends most of her time chasing after her little boy Rhett, planning a wedding and finding some relaxation on the weekends with friends and family.
