​​Mindy joined Home Instead Senior Care after experiencing first-hand the challenges of dealing with long term illness and needing in home care. She understands how even a small amount of help can be a tremendous gift to a family.  During a 10-year battle with Lyme Disease, Mindy and her family brought help into the home to assist with housekeeping and other duties.  Bringing a stranger into the home to help out was very difficult but had a tremendous impact by lightening the burden on family members and helping Mindy heal.  Mindy's goal is to use her experiences to help others get through similar situations and help them find the care and support that they need.

Mindy's strong background in quality assurance and employee training​, as well as a strong drive for excellence supports her goals of providing high quality and effective care for our clients.

​Cathy is passionate about hiring and training excellent CAREGivers that will Build Trust, Take the Lead and Share Their Heart.  She ensures that we provide a supportive and professional work environment for our employees along with high quality care for our clients.  She is active in the community and always looking for great candidates.  Cathy enhances and delivers our training to ensure our CAREGivers are continuing to grow in their careers and are well prepared to provide excellent care.  Cathy is inspired to help others by her experience caring for her own family members and her understanding of the challenges our clients and their families face on a daily basis.​



Kim Lane - Office Coordinator

Kim has been working for Home Instead Senior Care since 2007. She ensures that the day runs smoothly by performing a variety of tasks, such​ as billing and caregiver payroll, assisting with the coordination of client care, maintaining all client and CAREGiver files, making sure caregivers are up-to-date on requirements, putting together training materials, and standards requirements, to name a few. Her attention to detail ensures that we are the most professional home care company in the area.  Prior to joining Home Instead Senior Care, Kim was a personal care worker for Home Health United and Huntington Place.  Kim was inspired by helping care for her grandmother over 10 years through the end of her life. She has been a Special Olympics volunteer for over 6 years and loves to make a difference in people's lives.​

​Mandy works closely with our community partners to promote high quality care, availability of care and educational opportunities.  She provides free care consultations with new or prospective clients and their families to help them understand the services and solutions we can provide.  She develops and maintains detailed care plans for each of our clients to ensure the highest quality of care is provided.  Her​ diverse background in the care field with facility management, as a CAREGiver and in numerous community groups gives her a unique perspective of the different stakeholders and their needs.  She utilizes this perspective to find options and solutions that benefit all parties and promote best outcomes for all. ​

​Jessica works very closely with clients and CAREGivers to ensure reliable scheduling, staffing and service.  She focuses on finding good compatibility between the client's needs and the CAREGiver skills, strengths and personalities.  Having been a caregiver in the past, Jessica understands the dynamic nature of providing in home care and the importance of understanding the client's needs in order to provide high quality care.  Prior to joining Home Instead Senior Care, Jessica worked as a caregiver and Residence Director in memory care for nearly 8 years.  She was inspired to help others by her passion for seniors and after caring for her disabled mom.​


Tammy Rubitsky - Lead CAREGiver & On Call Coordinator

Tammy Rubitsky - Lead CAREGiver & On Call Coordinator

​Tammy is focused on ensuring we provide high quality care to our clients.  Tammy provides in home training for our CAREGivers, conducts quality assurance visits with our clients and also works as a CAREGiver.  Tammy is also an On Call Coordinator, making sure that our CAREGivers and clients are well cared for outside of normal business hours.  Tammy's uses her many years of caregiving experience to ensure we provide top quality care!
