As Director of Operations, Heather’s primary responsibility is to oversee the daily functions of the office. Heather works closely and oversees the administrative assistant with accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivable and bookkeeping functions. Along with maintaining the day-to-day office activities, Heather also manages the Staffing and Recruitment/Retention Departments.


Jade Pinard-Billing Specialist

Jade Pinard-Billing Specialist

As a Billing Specialist, Jade’s responsibilities include Medicaid and long-term care billing. She also helps with many other administrative activities, which make her of great value and a wonderful asset to our company. Jade manages to handle large volumes of paperwork, and at the same time, she addresses each family's individual needs, making her a great A-team player.


Krystal Brewer, LPN-Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

Krystal Brewer, LPN-Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

As the Recruitment and Retention Coordinator Krystal is responsible for finding high quality candidates to become our CAREGivers, thoroughly screening them, and training even the most experienced people to become extraordinary CAREGivers and take excellent care of our clients. As well as interviewing and selecting CAREGivers, Krystal ensures that all CAREGivers regularly refresh their basic training and keep up to date with new programs. Her experience, wealth of knowledge, and effective recruitment and training style ensures that all of our recruited CAREGivers are suitable, passionate, and trained. Mark Fry-Targeted Case Manager

Mark Fry-Targeted Case Manager

In his role as Targeted Case Manager, Mark maintains ongoing client relationships, ensures our services are of excellent quality, and troubleshoots any situation that may need extra attention or care. Mark identifies potential safety hazards in clients' homes, assesses their equipment needs, and addresses any fears or concerns families may be facing. Eliminating the burdens for clients and their loved ones is not always an easy task, but with Mark’s education, patience, and compassion he does his best to make it happen.

Lesa Smith-Director of Client Care

As Director of Client Care, Lesa goes out into the community to meet potential clients and educate them on the services that Home Instead Senior Care offers. Also, she ensures that our services meet the needs of future clients. Lesa assists families to develop a plan allowing their loved one(s) to remain independent for as long as possible. Lesa meets with prospective clients to answer their questions and address their needs, introducing the new CAREGivers to the clients, and arranging with staff coordinators to ensure quality care for clients. Her experience and attention to detail has made her an essential member of the Home Instead Senior Care team.

Philip Young-Director of Marketing and Business Development

As the Director of Marketing and Business Development, Philip leads the effort for building and maintaining relationships with the healthcare community, establishing new relationships in the area, and providing community education. Philip also has the privilege of reaching out to the community to be a resource for seniors and their families. With over ten years experience in marketing and business development, combined with his passion to find solutions for clients, Philip is the perfect advocate for keeping people independent and connected to the community.

​In the role of Staffing Coordinatort if you have ever called our office chances are that you probably have spoken to Shanna.  She wears many hats and is a great asset to the Home Instead family. Shanna has years of experience that she is able to draw upon while doing her job and we are lucky to have her.

​As Administrative Assistant Sarah plays a vital role with Home Instead.  Sarah has spent over 6 years in the health care field and brings a wealth of knowledge with her.  She is able to assist in many different areas because of the experience she has.  Sarah is essential to our service and we are fortunate to have her on our team.

Kourtney Henderson-Administrative Assistant

Kourtney has been with the Home Instead family for several years now and her role has grown every year. Kourtney assists with an assortment of duties in our Medicaid program which includes maintaining and obtaining doctor orders.  She is very involved in our supervisory visits as well.  She has been in several aspects of the Home Instead culture and is always willing to assist in many different areas.


Heather Cooke-Home Care Consultant

Heather Cooke-Home Care Consultant

As the Home Care Consultant, Heather manages a variety of sales and marketing duties, including researching and pursuing new referral sources and enhancing and maintaining relationships with existing referral sources.  Heather works out of the Russellville office, and you can also find her on the road throughout Pope and Yell county.  When Heather is not on the road she is focusing on web marketing and increasing brand awareness throughout our territory. 



Carrie Howard-Administrative Assistant

Carrie Howard-Administrative Assistant

​Carrie will be primairly working out of the Russellville office and performing a variety of duties.  When you call the office she will be the person who directs your call.  She has also taken on the responsibility of managing and keeping the CAREGivers up to date on continued education units. Carrie has always been passionate about helping others, and we are excited to have her as a member of our Russellville team.


Taylor Crawford RN-Client Care Coordinator

Taylor Crawford RN-Client Care Coordinator

As Client Care Coordinator, Taylor performs a variety of duties that relate to client care including care consultations with potential clients and family members, client/CAREGiver introductions and quality assurance visits with existing clients.  Using her experience as a RN, she determines each individual client’s needs to provide solutions and create a tailored service plan.  Taylor is very knowledgeable and is a major asset to our team.
