​My name is Brittany Miller and I have been a part of the Home Instead Senior Care team since 2014. I started off as a caregiver and moved into working in the office as a part time receptionist. Since then I have been lucky enough to move into the scheduling department as I continue to go to school for Nursing. I look forward to working many more years with HISC.

​My name is Cristen Haight and I serve as an Accounts Manager for Home Instead Senior Care.  I have been employed with Home Instead Senior Care since February, 2007.  I have two kids: a handsome 14-year-old son named Owen and an adorable 4-year-old daughter named Eva.  I get a since of pride knowing that we are meeting a need in our community and making a positive impact in the lives of seniors.  We often hear and get thank-you cards and letters telling of how our services have benefited our clients by giving a lonely senior a companion or how our caregiver provided comfort, support and rest to a family that was losing a loved one.  It is always fun and encouraging to me to meet a couple that has been married some 50 plus years and are still in love, showing care and devotion to one another.  Every client has a story to tell that in some way leaves an imprint on us all.

​Greetings!!!!! Growing up I was very blessed to have parents who taught me at a young age, what a wonderful gift it is to help others, whether people or animals. Serving our seniors in any way I can, whether on the phone or in person is so fulfilling. Letting them know how much we care, we are here for them and will provide compassionate caregivers to help them with all their needs. I started with HISC January 2015 as a Staffing Coordinator and currently my position is an Accounts Manager. My husband, Bill and I are grandparents of 3 and love nothing more than being Gammy and Papa Bill.  We have five four legged in our home, that are all rescues from abusive situations. Bill and I have been active in the community with Rogue Valley Humane Society, Kiwanis, Special Olympics, Walk to End Alzheimer’s and many fund-raising events for seniors and animal’s rescues.

​I started with Home Instead Senior Care in June of 2014.  I began as a caregiver and am currently working in the Human Resources department.  I have been involved in the medical/caregiving field in one form or another for over 25 years.  I love working with Home Instead Senior Care and find it very rewarding.

​Home Instead Senior Care has employed me for almost two years.  Currently I am working as the CAREGiver Relations Manager in our Human Resource Department.  The experiences that I bring to Home Instead Senior Care include not only caregiving but Skilled Nursing, Acute Care as well as Medication experience in all different atmospheres.  I am currently working on my BA in Gerontology with a minor in Healthcare Administration.
