Marge has a background in banking and finance and Laura worked with the State Attorney's office for many years. Both of them are living their dream as owners of Home Instead Senior Care in Melbourne.
Cathleen comes to Home Instead Senior Care from a twenty-one year career in education. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where she earned both her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Master's Degree in Reading Education. Cathleen brings a wealth of effective leadership abilities into the caregiver arena. In her most recent position as a Literacy Director, she was responsible for guiding schools to meet and exceed increasingly higher standards of learning. As a current adult caregiver for her father and leadership expertise, she brings both the management and compassion to serve our senior citizens.
Tami is our financial wizard and is one busy lady...! She deals with many of our office financial responsibilities including billing, payroll and being the contact person for all Long Term Care Insurance accounts. Originally from Ohio, Tami moved to the Space Coast with her two girls a couple of years ago, and has found that she really enjoys living so close to the beach...! With her friendly and caring manner Tami is a real asset to our Home Instead Melbourne team.
Jane is a registered nurse with 25 years of skilled care and management experience, both in the clinical and home health care settings. She is dedicated to providing the highest level of professional care and compassion. Jane has extensive experience in geriatric knowledge to include dementia and Alzheimer's training. Jane's passion is to help make a difference in our seniors lives, a heartwarming and rewarding journey.
Jennifer has been working in the home health care field since 2009. Originally from NY, she attended the State University of New York at New Paltz and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. She spent the next ten years working as the parish administrator for St. Mark's, Mount Kisco, managing the main office and coordinating communications with internal committees and the community at large. Jennifer and her husband relocated to Brevard County in 2008 where she began working in the home health field as a Care Coordinator/Scheduler. Jennifer joined the Home Instead team in March 2017 and continues to learn about the field and the various challenges and rewards that accompany it.
Originally from South Carolina, Alicia moved to Daytona
Beach, Florida in 2013 where she attended the University of Central Florida,
earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Administration. While in Daytona
Beach, Alicia worked for another local Home Instead franchise office. Starting
out as a caregiver in the field, Alicia worked her way into the office as a
Scheduling Coordinator, and then transitioned into the role of the Training and
Engagement Coordinator. Alicia joined our Melbourne office in November 2017 as
our Human Resources and Operations Coordinator. She has a great passion for
working with the senior population and brings along with her an abundance of
knowledge and experience. We are happy to have her onboard as we continue to
grow and assist seniors in our community.
Antoinette moved to Brevard County in December 2012 from PA. While up north, she did foster care for eight years, was a substitute teacher for two years, drove a school bus for twelve years, owned a commercial cleaning business for seven years, all while raising her son and daughter and caring for her siblings. She started her journey with Home Instead in August 2016 as a Home Health Aide, which was dear to her heart. She continues to look for ways to grow with the company.
was born and spent the first years of her life in Ohio, until she made the trip
down to Florida with her family. She has since made it her home. She is
finishing her senior year at Viera High School, while expecting her Associate's
Degree this spring through the Early Admissions program. She works to assist
all staff with projects, updating social media sites for the
company, and has the pleasure of working in the same office as her
mother, Tami. Emily is very excited to help improve the company and the
lives around her, as well as her own, through this opportunity.
She is a Florida Cracker, born on west coast in
Brooksville, family moved to Orlando when she was a teenager, she has been in
Melbourne since April 1, 1978. Has two grown children, a Daughter and a
Son. She also has one Granddaughter and one Grandson from her Daughter, and
all three of them are attending college at this time. She came to work at
Home Instead Senior Care on April 8th, 2015 as our welcoming receptionist. We are very happy to have Louise on our team.
