Originally from Glasgow, Kentucky, Brad has a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Kentucky University.  Brad is also a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and a licensed nursing home administrator in Kentucky and Florida.  Before purchasing the Home Instead Senior Care franchise, Brad was a nursing home administrator for 7 years.  Brad has served on Home Instead Senior Care’s franchise exchange council and has also served as the Chairperson for the Bowling Green Walk to End Alzheimer’s for the past 3 years.

We are doing the extraordinary by empowering seniors to remain independent, healthy and happy in their homes, wherever that may be. To personally touch people's lives and give families peace of mind and support is the most fulfilling calling you can answer. We answer that call every day.”

Emily earned her undergraduate degree from Asbury College and her Master’s Degree in Business and Organizational Communication from Western Kentucky University.  Emily provides consultation services to the Home Care Consultants in Kentucky and Tennessee.  She ensures continuity of sales executions, public relations and community education programs.  Emily worked in direct sales for Home Instead Senior Care for eight years before moving to a consulting role.

"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because it allows me the opportunity to ensure others' happiness. Since 2004 I have been working with Home Instead clients and their families to coordinate, manage and facilitate the highest quality care possible, while maintaining the senior’s wishes to remain at home and as independent as possible. To work with clients and their families on such a personal level feels much more like a calling than a profession."

Amanda began her tenure with Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver in 2004. She has served in several administrative capacities and after nearly ten years in the Quality Assurance Department, Amanda was promoted to the Director of Operations. As our Director of Operations, Amanda was responsible for overseeing our Client Care Department as well as our Staffing Department. In November 2016, Amanda transitioned into her current role as General Manager where she oversees total operations of our Bowling Green office. She takes great pride in the quality of our care and wants every client and CAREGiver to be delighted with our company. Amanda is also our Long Term Care Insurance specialist and oversees all of our courtesy billing and questions.​

To have the opportunity to put a smile on our senior’s faces by helping them accomplish things they would otherwise not be able to accomplish is such a joy to me. We make a difference! I am very fortunate to be a part of Home Instead Senior Care’s team."

In 2010, after being a stay-at-home mom for five years, Enjoli joined the Home Instead Senior Care family as a CAREGiver. She joined the Staffing Department in 2011 and was promoted to Director of Human Resources in June of 2012 where she was responsible for total operations of the Human Resources Department. After serving as the Director of Human Resources for nearly five years, Enjoli became our Regional Operations Consultant and is now responsible for ensuring that all departments in each of our offices are operating with the same systems. She works hand-in-hand with our General Managers. Enjoli is a CAREGiver at heart as she still enjoys providing CAREGiving services when she’s not working in the office. Enjoli is always smiling and she says that it is a joy to her to communicate with the CAREGivers and clients on a daily basis. She works in a busy office and her positive attitude is appreciated by all who interact with her. Enjoli and her husband have three delightful children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.

​Donna joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in January 2008. She oversees the billing and payroll for three franchises. She works hard to ensure that every detail of our client’s invoices and our CAREGiver’s paychecks are correct. Donna counts it a joy to work for a company that is truly all about helping others. Donna is married and has two wonderful children. She enjoys cooking, serving at her church, and lazy days on the lake with her family.

​​Jennifer was born and raised in Campbellsville, Kentucky.  She joined Home Instead in 2009 after being a stay at home mom for 12 years.  She transitioned to our a​dministrative team where she was the Communications Engineer for 6 years. She has since transitioned to her current role of Regional Accounting Specialist where she is responsible Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, 401K and helping clients and their families with billing questions.

Mary joined Home Instead Senior Care in August 2016 as our Regional Billing Specialist. She is responsible for the billing for our three franchise offices. Mary and her husband Ben have a wonderful daughter named Leah. She and her family have been caregivers to several of their own family members. Mary is excited to be a part of a business that truly serves others and helps them remain in their homes, providing a helping hand in their journey of life. She enjoys spending time with her family and going to church.​

Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because I have always had a passion for working with the aging community. Since college I knew I wanted to make a difference in the lives of seniors in my community. Home Instead Senior Care has given me the opportunity to promote quality in-home care for seniors."

Kellie earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Western Kentucky University.  She has a background working with seniors in a variety of ways. She completed two internships with local Hospice agencies, background in working for a skilled nursing facility, and has her LSW.  Her role with Home Instead Senior Care is to educate our community partners about our services and how they can be a solution for a variety of situations facing seniors.  She talks with people daily and often conducts group presentations as well.  Kellie also attends community events to promote Home Instead.

"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because seniors have always held a special place in my heart.  Working with CAREGivers to ensure quality care to the seniors in my community and those around me, allows me the opportunity to give back to so many who gave so much before me.  There is no greater reward than knowing that what I do every day is making a difference in the lives of others."

Joining Home Instead Senior Care in 2009, Christy left behind a 10 year career in business management and marketing to pursue her love of working with seniors. After serving over 7,500 hours as a CAREGiver, she entered the Client Care Department to help ensure and maintain quality care for her clients as well as many others.  She later moved into the role of Client Services Lead, whereby, she continued to help ensure the quality care of our clients by building and maintaining relationships with CAREGivers.  In September 2016, Christy was promoted into her current role of Director of Client Services. Christy not only works to ensure client satisfaction but she also works with CAREGivers on their monthly schedules to maximize their potential, allowing them to obtain gainful employment and personal satisfaction.  In addition, Christy is also a registered advocate and political Ambassador for The Alzheimer’s Association, and attends the National Alzheimer’s Advocacy Forum in Washington, D.C. every year. She is a devoted member of Home Instead Senior Care’s team!


Samantha Wagoner, Director of Client Care

"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because my passion is caring for seniors. It’s really that simple.  For many clients, I am the first Home Instead face they see during their initial Care Consultation.  My goal is to be that calm, reassuring voice to these individuals and convince them more than anything, that it’s OK to ask for help. Our goal is to allow each senior to be as independent as possible, thereby enabling them to stay in their own homes and familiar surroundings for as long as possible.  I am blessed to have the opportunity to meet and work with so many seniors, learn about their backgrounds, past professions, family history, and future goals.  It is my sincerest hope that I am able to bless my clients and their families as much as they’ve blessed me."

Samantha earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Western Kentucky University in 2010, and has devoted her professional career to working with the senior population and those who support them.  She first began working for Home Instead Senior Care in 2009 as a CAREGiver before transitioning into the role of Client Care Coordinator in the Quality Assurance Department.  In August 2012, she left the company to pursue other endeavors in the healthcare sector, and happily returned to her previous role as Client Care Coordinator in January 2015. In September 2016, Samantha was promoted into her current roles as Director of Client Care, where she oversees total operations of the Client Care Department. You can find Samantha performing in-home Quality Assurance visits, introductions for new clients and CAREGivers, and following up with families to maintain an open and positive line of communication between Home Instead Senior Care and our clients. ​​​

Not only do we get to provide quality care to seniors in our community, we also provide meaningful careers, allowing individuals to build personal relationships with clients and fellow CAREGivers. I’m proud to work for a company who serves those in our community and can put smiles on faces!"

Lauren was born and raised on the central coast of California. She attended Canisius College in Buffalo, New York on a softball scholarship and pursued her master’s degree at Western Kentucky University. After working at the University of Memphis, Lauren and her husband moved back to Bowling Green in the summer of 2015. Lauren joined Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver before transitioning into the Human Resources department as the Communications Engineer.  Lauren became our CAREGiver Development Specialist in August 2016. She also served as our Human Resources Coordinator before being promoted into her current role of Director of Human Resources where she oversees all functions of the Human Resources Department. Lauren enjoys being a part of the office team and is grateful for the opportunities she has been given through Home Instead Senior Care. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys playing with her pets, swimming, kayaking, playing games and doing crafts.


Lana Beckim, Client Care Coordinator

Lana Beckim, Client Care Coordinator

Lana graduated from the University of Maine at Augusta with a bachelor’s degree in Mental Health and Human Services. She joined our team in July 2016 as a CAREGiver and quickly transitioned into the office as a Client Care Coordinator. Lana has worked in the mental health field for approximately 18 years and has been a Case Manager for most of her career. Lana continues to serve as a CAREGiver when she is not working in the office. She is the mother of three lovely daughters. ​

​Jessica comes to us from Bardstown, KY. She began CAREGiving for Home Instead in September 2013.  She served over 2,000 hours as a CAREGiver before transitioning into the office as a Staffing Coordinator. In February 2017, Jessica was promoted to her current role of Client Services Lead where she works closely with the Director of Client Services to ensure all operations of the Staffing department run smoothly. Jessica is a graduate of Western Kentucky University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration. She enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends.


Melissa Brown, Staffing Coordinator

Melissa joined our team with 13 years of experience as a District Manager. She says Home Instead Senior Care is her true calling. Seeing loved ones in need of care persuaded her to join our company which is devoted to just that, providing CARE.  Melissa works as a Staffing Coordinator to help the company ensure excellent care for seniors. She is passionate about her career at Home Instead Senior Care and building relationships with clients and CAREGivers. ​


Ashley Thompson, Human Resources Coordinator

Originally from North Carolina, Ashley moved to Bowling Green, Kentucky in 2010.  After being a stay-at-home mom for a period of time, Ashley joined the Home Instead team as a CAREGiver in 2014. She then pursued a career in Medical Assisting but it did not take long for her to realize she missed being a part of our team here at Home Instead. She says she wanted a job that she could wake up to every morning and be excited about and she knew from previous experience with Home Instead Senior Care, this is where she wanted to be. In February 2017, Ashley joined our team as a Human Resource Assistant and On Call Supervisor, then quickly moved into her current role of Human Resources Coordinator. Ashley says being a part of a team that is outgoing, caring and understanding is just icing on the cake! She is a wife and mother of two wonderful children.

Emily was born and raised in Columbia, Kentucky. She and her husband have a wonderful daughter and now live in Edmonton. Emily began her career at Home Instead Senior Care as CAREGiver in January 2017. She says she found her passion in life and that’s caring for seniors. Along with CAREGiving, Emily became one of three On Call Supervisors. In May 2017, Emily transitioned into the office as our Human Resources Assistant. Although most of Emily’s time is spent in the office, she still enjoys CAREGiving. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing, hiking and putting a smile on other’s faces!  ​


Chereese Jones, CAREGiver Development Specialist

Chereese Jones, CAREGiver Development Specialist

Chereese was raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She moved to Bowling Green in 2015 to continue her studies and soon after graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Interior Design at Western Kentucky University. Chereese joined our team in February 2016 as a CAREGiver. She has served many clients with a wide range of needs and continues to work as a CAREGiver, along with her administrative responsibilities. Chereese was promoted as our CAREGiver Recruitment Specialist in October 2016 but quickly transitioned into her role as CAREGiver Development Specialist. Chereese ensures a consistent flow of quality CAREGivers are referred to our company. She conducts new hire orientation and training, as well as on-going training for our CAREGivers. Chereese is our CAREGiver advocate. Outside of Home Instead Senior Care, Chereese is now “flipping” homes in the Warren County/Southern Kentucky areas. She is the oldest of 10 children and is engaged to be married later in 2017. ​


Rachel Warren, Communications Engineer

Rachel Warren, Communications Engineer

Rachel was born and raised in Kentucky. She worked as a CNA for six years and was a substitute teacher for three years. In August 2016, she joined the Home Instead Senior Care team as a CAREGiver. In December 2016, she was promoted into her position of Communications Engineer. Rachel is most often the first face and voice for our clients, CAREGivers and other customers when they call or visit our office. She ensures that all employment eligibility documents are current, manages our health insurance program, and assists with all departments as needed. Rachel says she loves being a part of the Home Instead family. Together with her fiancé, Rachel has four remarkable children and a dog named Nala.​
