That's why our team stands ready to serve you any day of the week, at any hour of the day or night. ​​​ ​​ CAREGiver Ambassadors   Our team of CAREGiver Ambassadors are here to respond to urgent needs that may arise day or night.  There are a variety of situations in which our CAREGiver Ambassadors help us ensure the upmost quality of care and responsiveness.  On any given day a CAREGiver may experience an emergency and be unable to make it to their client's home.  In this case we deploy our CAREGiver Ambassador to arrive on time to ensure the client never goes without care.  In addition, they assist our CAREGivers with extra support in the home when a client has a particularly challenging day.  We are grateful for our CAREGiver Ambassadors and the vital role they play as members of our team.​​

We all have been given free choice regarding our careers and this team has collectively chosen to help seniors and their families. I love what we do and I take seriously the trust that is bestowed upon us by each family that asks Home Instead to help."

Originally from Glasgow, Kentucky, Brad has a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Kentucky University.  Brad is also a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and a licensed nursing home administrator in Kentucky and Florida.  Before purchasing the Home Instead Senior Care franchise, Brad was a nursing home administrator for 7 years.  Brad has served on Home Instead Senior Care’s franchise exchange council and has also served as the Chairperson for the Bowling Green Walk to End Alzheimer’s for the past 3 years.

To have the opportunity to put a smile on our senior’s faces by helping them accomplish things they would otherwise not be able to accomplish is such a joy to me. We make a difference! I am very fortunate to be a part of Home Instead Senior Care’s team."

In 2010, after being a stay-at-home mom for five years, Enjoli joined the Home Instead Senior Care family as a CAREGiver. She joined the Staffing Department in 2011 and was promoted to Director of Human Resources in June of 2012 where she was responsible for total operations of the Human Resources Department. After serving as the Director of Human Resources for nearly five years, Enjoli became our Regional Operations Consultant where she was responsible for ensuring that all departments in each of our offices operate with the same systems. In October 2017 Enjoli became the Executive Director of our Bowling Green, KY franchies. She is responsible for total operations of the Bowling Green, KY office.  Enjoli is a CAREGiver at heart as she still enjoys providing CAREGiving services when she’s not working in the office. Enjoli is always smiling and she says that it is a joy to her to communicate with the CAREGivers and clients on a daily basis. She works in a busy office and her positive attitude is appreciated by all who interact with her. Enjoli and her husband have three delightful children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Not only do we get to provide quality care to seniors in our community, we also provide meaningful careers, allowing individuals to build personal relationships with clients and fellow CAREGivers. I’m proud to work for a company who serves those in our community and can put smiles on faces!"

Lauren was born and raised on the central coast of California. She attended Canisius College in Buffalo, New York on a softball scholarship and pursued her master’s degree at Western Kentucky University. After working at the University of Memphis, Lauren and her husband moved back to Bowling Green in the summer of 2015. Lauren joined Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver before transitioning into the Human Resources department as the Communications Engineer.  Lauren became our CAREGiver Development Specialist in August 2016. She also served as our Human Resources Coordinator before being promoted into her current role of Director of Human Resources where she oversees all functions of the Human Resources Department. Lauren enjoys being a part of the office team and is grateful for the opportunities she has been given through Home Instead Senior Care. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys playing with her pets, swimming, kayaking, playing games and doing crafts.


Samantha McIntyre, Director of Client Care

"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because my passion is caring for seniors. It’s really that simple.  For many clients, I am the first Home Instead face they see during their initial Care Consultation.  My goal is to be that calm, reassuring voice to these individuals and convince them more than anything, that it’s OK to ask for help. Our goal is to allow each senior to be as independent as possible, thereby enabling them to stay in their own homes and familiar surroundings for as long as possible.  I am blessed to have the opportunity to meet and work with so many seniors, learn about their backgrounds, past professions, family history, and future goals.  It is my sincerest hope that I am able to bless my clients and their families as much as they’ve blessed me."

Samantha earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Health Care Administration from Western Kentucky University in 2010, and has devoted her professional career to working with the senior population and those who support them.  She first began working for Home Instead Senior Care in 2009 as a CAREGiver before transitioning into the role of Client Care Coordinator in the Quality Assurance Department.  In August 2012, she left the company to pursue other endeavors in the healthcare sector, and happily returned to her previous role as Client Care Coordinator in January 2015. In September 2016, Samantha was promoted into her current roles as Director of Client Care, where she oversees total operations of the Client Care Department. You can find Samantha performing in-home Quality Assurance visits, introductions for new clients and CAREGivers, and following up with families to maintain an open and positive line of communication between Home Instead Senior Care and our clients. ​​​

"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because I have always felt driven to give back, to do something that will make a difference to others. My strongest and most cherished memories are those spent with my Granny. There is always something to learn when spending time with this generation. They have worked so hard and have given so much to us. Home Instead Senior Care allows me to do something for them, keeping them safe, happy and at home."

Origianally from Kentucky, Ashley joined the United States Navy at age 19 where she was station on an aircraft carrier in Virginia Beach. She moved back to Kentucky in 2007. Ashley joined our Home Instead Senior Care team in March 2012 as a CAREGiver. She says her favorite part of being a CAREGiver is the stories she hears from our clients and also knowing she is giving back to a generation that has given so much to us. Ashley has served in many roles on our administrative team from On Call Supervisor, Recruitment Specialist to Staffing Coordinator. In March 2018, Ashley was promoted into her current role of Director of Client Services. She is responsible for overseeing total operations of the department. Ashley and her department ensure client/CAREGiver satisfaction by creating lasting matches. Ashley is the proud mother of an amazing daughter, Daisy. She and her husband enjoy long drives in the country and going to the movies. ​


Kelly Pulliam, Home Care Consulant

"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because I have always been really close to all four of my grandparents, and I lost two of the within the last few years.   I know that, like all seniors, their desire has been to stay home as long as possible.  Every time I can help a senior stay healthy and independent in their home, I think about them."     

Kelly was born and raised in Tompkinsville, Kentucky, and moved to Bowling Green to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing at Western Kentucky University.  After a career in pharmaceutical sales, Kelly joined the Home Instead Team in January 2018 as the Home Care Consultant.  She advocates for seniors as she interacts with healthcare  professionals to educate them on Home Instead Senior Care services. She and her husband Brian have two kids, Briley and Samuel.  Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family.  She loves exercising and participating in outdoor activities like swimming and riding bicycles with her family.


Chereese Jones, Assistant Director of Human Resources

Chereese Jones, Assistant Director of Human Resources

Chereese was raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She moved to Bowling Green in 2015 to continue her studies and soon after graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Interior Design at Western Kentucky University. Chereese joined our team in February 2016 as a CAREGiver. She has served many clients with a wide range of needs and continues to work as a CAREGiver, along with her administrative responsibilities. Chereese was promoted as our CAREGiver Recruitment Specialist in October 2016 but quickly transitioned into her role as CAREGiver Development Specialist where she was responsible for conducting new hire orientation and training, as well as on-going training for our CAREGivers. In 2018 Chereese was promoted to her current role as Assistant Director of Human Resources. She is responsible for ensuring a continuous flow of quality CAREGivers are referred to our company and well as managing the hiring process. Chereese is responsible for overseeing total operations of the Human Resources department in the absene of our director. Outside of Home Instead Senior Care, Chereese is now “flipping” homes in the Warren County/Southern Kentucky areas. She is the oldest of 10 children and is engaged to be married in August 2018. 


Ashley Thompson, Human Resources Coordinator

Ashley Thompson, Human Resources Coordinator

Originally from North Carolina, Ashley moved to Bowling Green, Kentucky in 2010.  After being a stay-at-home mom for a period of time, Ashley joined the Home Instead team as a CAREGiver in 2014. She then pursued a career in Medical Assisting but it did not take long for her to realize she missed being a part of our team here at Home Instead. She says she wanted a job that she could wake up to every morning and be excited about and she knew from previous experience with Home Instead Senior Care, this is where she wanted to be. In February 2017, Ashley joined our team as a Human Resource Assistant and On Call Supervisor, then quickly moved into her current role of Human Resources Coordinator where she assists with all Human Resources functions. Ashley says being a part of a team that is outgoing, caring and understanding is just icing on the cake! She is a wife and mother of two wonderful children.

​Alison was born in California, raised in Virginia and moved to Kentucky in 2014. She is currently attending SKYCTC as well as working as an administrator at Home Instead Senior Care. Soon after starting as a CAREGiver, Alison realized that this was a line of work that she could see herself in for a long period of time. She is proud to be a part of a company that helps others.  Alison is responsible for new hire orientation and training as well as ongoing training for our CAREGivers. She sees Home Instead Senior Care as more than a job, it is an opportunity to better the lives of aging adults.


Rachel McCoy, Director of First Impressions

Rachel McCoy, Director of First Impressions

Rachel was born and raised in Kentucky. She worked as a CNA for six years and was a substitute teacher for three years. In August 2016, she joined the Home Instead Senior Care team as a CAREGiver. In December 2016, she was promoted into her position of Communications Engineer. Rachel is most often the first face and voice for our clients, CAREGivers and other customers when they call or visit our office. She ensures that all employment eligibility documents are current, manages our health insurance program, and assists with all departments as needed. Rachel says she loves being a part of the Home Instead family. Together with her fiancé, Rachel has four remarkable children and a dog named Nala.​


Kristine Bosinger, Client Care Lead

Kristine Bosinger, Client Care Lead

​Kristine grew up the daughter of a military father, so her early years were spent all around the country.  She lived in Pensacola, FL, for 16 years prior to moving to Bowling Green, KY, in 2006.  She spent her first ten years in Bowling Green auditing and consulting, but at the end of 2016, she felt called to do something more.  She desired to spend more of her time helping others, as opposed to simply being behind a desk. The decision to become a CAREGiver at Home Instead Senior Care was her answer. After a year, she transitioned into the Client Care Department as a Client Care Coordinator, and was shortly promoted to the Client Care Lead.  She enjoys the opportunity to provide care in a different format while still being able to care for clients.  She is also glad to be a part of a company that allows and encourages you to learn, grow, and excel. If she's not at work, she's involved with her church, or outdoors either playing sports, hanging with friends, or listening to music.


Ian Campbell, Client Care Coordinator

Ian Campbell, Client Care Coordinator

​Ian was born and raised in Michigan just a few hours from Motor City. He attended Jackson College to obtain his Associate in Science, graduating in May 2014. His studies continued at Grand Valley State University in the fall of 2014 with a focus in Biomedical Sciences & aspirations of becoming a geriatric physician. Unbeknownst to him, a move to Bowling Green, KY would be coming soon after. Accompanied by his fiancée, they quickly settled into Bowling Green in early 2017. By October, he had found his way to Home Instead Senior Care in the form of a CAREGiver. Caregiving came naturally and he found giving back & forming relationships with seniors in the community to be very fulfilling. The new year brought new surprises & challenges including a transition into a new role as a Client Care Coordinator. Outside of Home Instead Senior Care, he's a proud cat dad and loves to explore film, music, and nature in his leisure.

Lauryn Biggers, Client Care Coordinator

Lauryn joined Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver in October 2017. She worked as a CAREGiver while attending college to become a Dental Assistant. Lauryn says it did not take long for her to realize that rather than being a Dental Assistant, she desired a career at Home Instead Senior Care. In early 2018, Lauryn joined the administrative team as one of three Client Care Coordinators. She is responsible for ensuring our client's satisfaction with our services. Lauryn says caring for other is what she loves to do, and she continues to provide CAREGiving services along with her responsibilities of Client Care Coordinator. Lauryn loves to work, but if you can't find her working, you can usually find her doing something outdoors. She enjoys spending time with her dog, fisihing, and cruising the backroads!​


Brianna Trickey, CAREGiver Optimization Specialist

Brianna Trickey, CAREGiver Optimization Specialist

Brianna was born in California and raised in Kentucky. She started working with seniors in a nursing home setting in 2008 and immediately fell in love. She will be finishing her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Western Kentucky University in the fall of 2018. Brianna joined our Home Instead Senior Care team in January 2018 as a CAREGiver. She says her favorite part about caregiving is the relationships built with our clients. Each client is truly unique and has a different story to tell. Brianna was promoted to her current role as CAREGiver Optimization Specialist in April 2018. She is responsible for optimizing CAREGivers to meet the needs of our clients and works to ensure client/CAREGiver satisfaction. She is excited to be a part of our Client Services Department and the extraordinary work they do. When Brianna is not at work, you can find her with her family, preparing for her son, John Duncan, who is due June 2018, or enjoying the company of friends. 


Bri Johnson, Client Services Specialist

Bri Johnson, Client Services Specialist

In July 2015, Bri joined our Home Instead Senior Care team as a CAREGiver. In April 2018, she became the Client Services Specialist with our Client Services department. Bri is responsible for creating lasting relationships between our clients and CAREGivers and manages our client and CAREGiver schedules. She is one of three Specialists within our Client Services department. Outside of Home Instead, Bri's time is spent with her fiancé and their three daughters. Briana and her family enjoy spending time outdoors on their farm with their dogs and they also love taking "spur of the moment" trips on the weekends.


Jennifer Venetta, CAREGiver Ambassador

Jennifer is originally from Pennsylvania but moved to Alabama where she and her husband lived for ten years before relocating to Kentucky in August 2017. She has been married to her husband for eleven years and together they have three dogs, Gus, Gracie and Elliot, and a cat named Cricket! One of Jennifer's favorite things to do is visit her family from out of state. Prior to joining Home Instead Senior Care, Jennifer worked in many different fields, including being a zookeeper! Jennifer first joined our team as a CAREGiver. She then assisted in the Client Services department and with on call responsibilities. In March 2018, Jennifer became our CAREgiver Ambassador. She is responsible for ensuring quality care for our clients in crisis situations, she continues to provide support with administrative responsibilities when she is not assisting our clients.


Donna Smith, Regional Director of Finance

Donna Smith, Regional Director of Finance

​Donna joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in January 2008. She oversees the billing and payroll for three franchises. She works hard to ensure that every detail of our client’s invoices and our CAREGiver’s paychecks are correct. Donna counts it a joy to work for a company that is truly all about helping others. Donna is married and has two wonderful children. She enjoys cooking, serving at her church, and lazy days on the lake with her family.


Jennifer Callison, Regional Accounting Specialist

Jennifer Callison, Regional Accounting Specialist

​​Jennifer was born and raised in Campbellsville, Kentucky.  She joined Home Instead in 2009 after being a stay at home mom for 12 years.  She transitioned to our a​dministrative team where she was the Communications Engineer for 6 years. She has since transitioned to her current role of Regional Accounting Specialist where she is responsible Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, 401K and helping clients and their families with billing questions.

Mary Chambers, Regional Billing Specialist

Mary joined Home Instead Senior Care in August 2016 as our Regional Billing Specialist. She is responsible for the billing for our three franchise offices. Mary and her husband Ben have a wonderful daughter named Leah. She and her family have been caregivers to several of their own family members. Mary is excited to be a part of a business that truly serves others and helps them remain in their homes, providing a helping hand in their journey of life. She enjoys spending time with her family and going to church.​


Jamie Patterson, Regional Billing Specialist

Jamie Patterson, Regional Billing Specialist

Jamie joined the Home Instead Senior Care family in March 2001 as a CAREGiver. Since October 2001 she has served in a variety of administrative roles.  She joined our Home Instead Senior Care team in October 2017 as  Regional Billing Specialist. She is proud to provide billing and payroll support to the five franchises. Jamie says, "Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because we provide assistance to the most incredible individuals. I learn so much from the people I meet, they are truly the greatest generation. Being a family caregiver for several years prepared me to appreciate and enjoy the seniors in our community."


Emily Harlan, Regional Marketing Specialist

Emily Harlan, Regional Marketing Specialist

Emily earned her undergraduate degree from Asbury College and her Master's Degree in Business and Orginizational Communication from Western Kentucky University. Emily increases awareness of Home Instead Senior Care by providing educational outreach on home care services to the public and healthcare professionals, working with media outlets, and promoting veterans benefits education in Kentucky and Tennessee. Emily worked in direct sales for Home Instead Senior Care for eight years before moving to a public relations role. Emily says, "Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because I've seen firsthand the positive impact our CAREGivers make on seniors' lives on a daily basis. We are doing the extraordinary by empowering seniors to remain independent, healthy and happy in their homes, wherever that may be. To personally touch people's lives and give families peace of mind and support is the most fulfilling calling you can answer. We answer that call every day."


Amanda Watt, Regional Home Care Specialist

Amanda Watt, Regional Home Care Specialist

Amanda began her tenure with Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver in 2004. She has served in several administrative capacities and after nearly 10 years of working in our Client Care department, Amanda transitioned into the Home Care Specialist role. Amanda is a Long Term Care Insurance specialist and Home Care expert. She assists with all questions and concerns regarding in-home care. Amanda says, "Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because it allows me the opportunity to ensure others' happiness. Since 2004, I have been working with Home Instead clients and their families to coordinate, manage and facilitate the highest quality care possible, while maintaining the senior's wishes to remain at home and as independent as possible. To work with clients and their families on such a personal level feels much more like a calling than a profession."
