Mary Ann joined Home Instead Senior Care Erie in the spring of 2014 to become the nurse/educator, responsible for presenting specialized programs for family caregivers and continuing education and certification classes and programs for Home Instead CAREGivers. Mary Ann was a faculty member in health sciences and an administrator for twenty two years at Gannon University. She also has extensive experience in nursing, and specifically, intensive care, emergency and gerontology and geropsychiatric nursing. Most recently, Mary Ann was employed at Lifeworks Erie as operations and program director. She embraces the philosophy of Home Instead and emphasizes the importance of personalized, relationship-centered caregiving in her classes for all those receiving care, including individuals with Alzheimer's and other dementias.

Charlene joins the Home Instead Senior Care team as a Client Care Coordinator. Before
pursing her career with Home Instead, she worked at Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine of Erie as the practice administrator.

Amanda enthusiastically joined the Home Instead Senior Care team as the On-Call Coordinator. As the On-Call Coordinator Amanda recieves and coordinates all after-hour client care and scheduling concerns. Amanda works closely with the staff coordinators to provide the highest level of quality service to clients and caregivers. A graduate of Mercyhurst University, Amanda is a licensed practical nurse(LPN). For several years she worked at Erie Homes for Children and Adults in addition to working in-home care for seniors. Amanda brings much dedication and relative experience to her new position.

Lori joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2015 as a Staff Coordinator. Lori's background makes her a perfect fit for the job. She, too, was a CAREGiver and has worked as a Certified Nurisng Aid for a local long-term nursing facility. As a Staff Coordinator, Lori works as a matchmaker,
always striving to fit the right client with the right professional CAREGiver. With her kind heart and personal experience, she navigates her position with ease.

Misty recently joined the Home Instead Senior Care team as the Human Resources Manager. Misty completed her degree in Heatlh Care Administration from The University of Pheonix. Having just relocated to Erie, Pennsylvania, she previously worked as a Director of Regional Operations for a senior living facility in Flordia. Misty was born and raised in New Bern, North Carolina. Lisa enthusiastically joined the Home Instead

responsibilities as Executive Assistant include handling accounts receivable
and payable for the company, payroll, staff benefits and client billing.

As a Client Care Coordinator Maggie is charged with working with both clients and CAREGivers to make sure those relationships are working well and that our seniors are happy with their Home Instead experience.
For nine years Maggie worked at the Barber National Institute, most recently as the Institute's Residential Community Homes Manager.
A graduate of Mercyhurst Prep and Penn State Erie, Maggie has a love of the area and a respect for those who choose to stay at home.
"I want to get back to more one-on-one time with our clients," Maggie says. "Seeing the good our CAREGivers do on a daily basis."

Sue began her experience with Home Instead Senior Care in 2010 as a
CAREGiver. With her love of people and joyous spirit, she was a perfect
fit. She is constantly bringing happiness to the lives of all those
around her. She currently works as a staff coordinator, always striving to fit the right client with the right CAREGiver. She goes above and beyond to make sure every shift is covered. Sue was recently promoted to Service Manager as she will manage the entire Home Instead Scheduling Department, including four schedulers.
Kristin joined the Home Instead team in August 2015. Her background is in medical billing and coding. For the past nine years, Kristin worked on the trauma floor at UPMC Hamot Hospital and at UPMC Urgent Care. As a Staff Coordinator, she is focused on matching the best CAREGiver
