Ann is HISC's Client Care Specialist who had extensive background in Home Health prior to her current role. She has also immersed in Service Coordinator's role with mastery of profiles, caregivers' selection and efficient scheduling. Her confidence and people skills permeate through her assessment tasks and ease in consistency bringing in new clients for the team. Ann takes pride in ensuring client services are at par if not exceeding expectations. She diligently relates to clients, their families, and caregivers to address effective updates and concerns to meet their needs. Ann is always at point to make sure that schedules and services are rendered satisfactorily.
Her exposure to diverse medical conditions and cases assures an effective Plan of Care management allowing us to better serve and empower our clients self-worth they deserve.

Crystal worked as a Caregiver with HISC prior to becoming a Service Coordinator. She personified skilled and compassionate in-home care, giving families the ease, the comfort and safety within the confines of their home. Her current role as Service Coordinator handles not only the demands of scheduling but also the intensive charge of matching the right caregivers to clients. The opportunity of meeting new clients, their families, and supervising the quality of care they render are just few of the rewards she enjoys.

Christine is a service Coordinator at HISC who pulls experience and expertise from diverse healthcare background; including caregiving, emergency medicine and administration.
As a Service Coordinator, she is committed to maintaining a client and caregiver relationships-efficiently and with consistency. On some days, with over a hundred clients, her role becomes a formidable task. Finalizing the daily search for that special caregiver to provide and correspond to the clients' needs heightens her day. She is proficient with smooth scheduling and ensures that supervisory visits are done in a timely compliance.
Achieving the mission to see contentment in clients' faces while they remain in the comfort of their own home for as long as God allows, brings her great satisfaction.
Sandi is the Human Resources Coordinator who joined HISC in 2013. She is a ray of sunshine to the team for her genuine smile and positive stance to just about everything each day brings. Power packed with previous management experience at Illinois Bell/ATT/Lucent Technologies, and Centegra Health Systems in staffing capacity, and later a Patient advocate who collaborated closely with healthcare professionals, their teams and HR department. Sandi is a great asset to our team.
She provides training to HISC's roster of caregivers; to help with policies and regulations, introduce the basics, strengthen their knowledge and skills to enable them to be competent and capable as they immerse in HISC's culture of service. It is heartwarming to watch happy caregivers in their journey as she shares with them our clients "kudos", compliments and accolades.

Jill has joined Home Instead Senior Care in October 2017 as Recruitment Coordinator. She takes pride in over ten years experience in Human resources and recruitment. Jill holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale and MA in Human Recourses from Webster University. She was previously employed with two Fortune 500 companies prior to HISC.
Her innovative approach in recruitment enables her to actively hire deserving caregivers and enrich our roster. The screening process allows for quality selection to welcome candidates with remarkable passion for Senior Care and the sincerity of helping the needy senior population. Jill upholds relationship building and diversity in her role, vital to her commitment to recruiting, hiring and maintaining quality caregivers to serve the community.
Jill and her husband enjoy being avid supporters of their two daughters in their chosen sports - high school Varsity Pom's and Swimming. Their cocker-spaniel Coco is their bundle of joy.
Jo is the Bookkeeper for Home Instead Senior Care since 2010. Her competence and tenacity are pillars of her expertise in her position at HISC, not to mention her previous work experience. She handles receivables and payables, ensures precision in numbers enabling her to help clients out with their financial questions and concerns, giving them peace of mind, and a dependable business office.
After twenty years of dedicated service, she has retired from the US Navy. In life, she firmly believes in the power of positivity as a rule of thumb. Her mantra that "yesterday is not ours to recover but tomorrow is ours to win or lose," gives away her sense of determination in all she does - a great positive stance towards a happy life.
Jo has three children and eight grandchildren whom she is always thrilled to equally dedicate her time for. Jo loves gourmet cooking, crafts and is a very outgoing person.
Karen is an on-call weekend supervisor and caregiver at Home Instead. She has a chain of experience with large retail companies in seven states, in diverse facets of accounting, administrative, human resources and training. She is Food Safety certified in three states, once an Emergency responder in retail, and worked for Make A Wish Foundation of South Dakota. Extremely trained in hospice and Alzheimer's care, she is an asset to HISC. Karen is very outgoing who treats everyone how she likes to be treated. In the past when her youngest son was severely ill, the outpouring help made her realize the need to "give back." Families who struggle amidst crisis are real and heartwarming. At HISC, she commits her best in helping our clients ease their way of life.
Two College sons live with her and her husband, and her married daughter with two children is South Dakota based. Her oldest son untimely passed away twelve years ago, and his remarried wife stays in South Dakota with three kids. Karen loves spending precious time with all of them. Crafts, gardening and reading fill her spare time.
