Bob and Joyce Koch are both graduates of Illinois State University with degrees in Business Management. Bob has a background as a managing partner with an employee benefit-consulting firm located in Arlington Heights, Illinois, where he worked for over 15 years. Joyce has a
background in the Osco Drug management program and as a Systems Engineer with Northern Telecom.
Bob is a member of the Home Care Association of America (HCAOA) and he oversees client services, marketing and overall administration of Home Instead Senior Care. Joyce oversees the Home Instead Senior Care office and ensures that our commitment and quality service to the seniors is being upheld.

I love working for Home Instead Senior Care because it gives me an opportunity to meet new clients that need help taking care of their loved ones. Home instead senior care is personal to me because I love helping those in need. I started out my career as a CNA/CAREGiver and being able to go home knowing you ended your day with a positive impact in someone's life is a blessing. I pull my experience from a variety of healthcare backgrounds, including caregiving, emergency medicine and administration. As a Service Coordinator, I help maintain the client and caregiver relationships and with nearly 130 clients on somedays, this is a challenge. Finding that special caregiver who will make the clients happy and remain in their own home for as long as God allows, brings me great satisfaction.
I love my role as Human Resource Coordinator. It gives me the opportunity to get to know our CAREGiver's.
I love providing them the training that prepares them for their position, and having fun while we journey through it all.
