Brandi Johnson - Franchise Owner

Brandi and her mother, Lynda Patriquin, launched Home Instead Senior Care on March 1, 2000.  For them, it is a win-win business - helping keep seniors in their homes as well as creating jobs for the people in our community who "just want to give back." She is an active, hands-on owner, and you will most likely see Brandi either in the office or out in the field.​ 


Chris Parmelee - General Manager

Chris Parmelee - General Manager

Chris Parmelee joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in March 2015 as the General Manger of both the Rancho Cucamonga and Victorville offices. He provides leadership and management of all departments such as finance, staffing, human resources, client services and home care sales to provide the best care to our clients, ensuring that they are healthy, secure and comfortable in their own homes.


Jaclyn Brownell - Quality Assurance Representative/American Red Cross Instructor

Jaclyn Brownell - Quality Assurance Representative/American Red Cross Instructor

Jaclyn joined Home Instead Senior Care in March 2015. She performs in home visits to clients and their families to ensure that all of the clients needs are met. During home visits she also updates the plan or care if needed and provides support to the family and caregivers. Jaclyn also became an authorized instructor through American Red Cross and provides Adult First Aid/CPR/AED training and encourages all caregivers to become certified.

Laura Raymond - Director of Staffing

Laura Raymond - Director of Staffing

Laura has worked for Home Instead Senior Care since 2009, first in Albuquerque, New Mexico and then in Rancho Cucamonga in 2015.  She is the supervisor for the Staffing and Quality Assurance Department. She conducts the quality assurance visits and oversees client concerns. She also works closely with our Vocational Educator to make sure all our employees are as educated and prepared as possible. 


Lisa Pittman - Client Care Coordinator

Lisa Pittman - Client Care Coordinator

​Lisa joined our team in October 2016. She came to us with 16 years of experience as a Sales and Marketing Director with Assisted Living Communities. She is the Client Care Coordinator for Home Instead Senior Care. Lisa goes to potential client homes and conducts a Care Consultation with the potential client & family. She hears and meets the need of the client by offering our services and signing the client on. Also, she conducts Veteran Evaluations and Quality Assurance assessments. She works closely with our staffing and quality assurance team to make sure that we are exceeding the needs of our clients & family’s.​​​


Natasha Bell - Staffing Manager

Natasha Bell - Staffing Manager

Natasha Bell has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2013. As our Staffing Coordinator, Natasha decisively matches caregivers to clients and provides quality assurance visits to the client’s home in order to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of care.


LisaMarie DeBernardo - Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

LisaMarie DeBernardo - Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

LisaMarie comes to us with an extensive background and higher education with a student affairs realm. Most recently in staffing clients in need of ABA therapy. She knows exactly what to look for to find the most qualified and caring employees. She works closely with our Vocational Educator and Training Coordinator to make sure all CAREGivers are as educated and prepared as possible. 


Sharon Jones - Home Care Consultant

Sharon Jones - Home Care Consultant

Sharon joined Home Instead in 2016 as our Sales & Marketing Coordinator for both the Rancho and Victorville Offices. She is out in the community building relationships and marketing new business for Home Instead Senior Care. Sharon also works hand in hand with the Training department to host free public workshops and support groups throughout the community.


Cynthia Vasquez - Administrative Assistant

Cynthia Vasquez - Administrative Assistant

​Cynthia has been with Home Instead since 2015. She joined the team as a caregiver and was promoted to Legacy Leader and would often assist with office duties as needed before being promoted into the office full time for Admin Assistant. Cynthia is the first point of contact making her the friendly face and voice of Home Instead and can assist with any general questions for both clients and caregivers and guide them to the appropriate staff member for further assistance.


Jennifer Diaz - Staffing Coordinator

Jennifer Diaz - Staffing Coordinator

​Jennifer has 10 years of experience working with clients of all ages. She comes with 4 years of staffing experience. She works under the supervision of Natasha by assisting clients and CAREgivers staffing needs.


Erica Cruz - Human Resource Manager

Erica Cruz - Human Resource Manager

​Erica has joined the Home Instead Team in October of 2016. She has come to us with 5 years in customer service experience as well as previous schooling in Healthcare Administration. She is the face of Home Instead Senior Care because she is usually the first person a client or CAREGiver will see and talk to.


Jolene Loudermilk - On Call Staffing Manager

Jolene Loudermilk - On Call Staffing Manager

​Jolene Loudermilk is the On Call Manager for both the Rancho Cucamonga and Victorville offices, and has been with Home Instead since March of 2016. She is the primary point of contact if a CAREGiver or client has an emergency after hours or over the weekend. Jolene is a valuable source of information, and she is always happy to help if you have questions or concerns. In addition to her work with Home Instead, she is also a former EMT, regularly volunteers for the Alzheimer's Association, and is very active in her daughter's church and school activities.
