Brandi and her mother, Lynda Patriquin, launched Home Instead Senior Care on March 1, 2000. For them, it is a win-win business - helping keep seniors in their homes as well as creating jobs for the people in our community who "just want to give back." She is an active, hands-on owner, and you will most likely see Brandi either in the office or out in the field.
Chris Parmelee joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in March 2015 as the General Manger of both the Rancho Cucamonga and Victorville offices. He provides leadership and management of all departments such as finance, staffing, human resources, client services and home care sales to provide the best care to our clients, ensuring that they are healthy, secure and comfortable in their own homes.
Sharon joined Home Instead in 2016 as our Sales & Marketing Coordinator for both the Rancho and Victorville Offices. She is out in the community building relationships and marketing new business for Home Instead Senior Care. Sharon also works hand in hand with the Training department to host free public workshops and support groups throughout the community.
Pam Reeves joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2008 as a caregiver. She has a true passion and love for our Seniors. After 4 years of being a caregiver she was promoted to the office staff where she works as our Client Care Coordinator. This allows her to closely monitor the care and needs of our Seniors. She believes taking care of our Seniors is her calling in life. While checking in on our Seniors she is also checking in with our caregivers to be sure they are happy and have all the tools they need to be successful at their job.
Cynthia joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2015 as a CAREGiver before being promoted into the office full time. As our Marketing Specialist it is her responsibility to plan, create and share content that represents Home Instead Senior Care's values and Brand.
Erica has joined the Home Instead Team in October of 2016. She has come to us with 5 years in customer service experience as well as previous schooling in Healthcare Administration. She is the face of Home Instead Senior Care because she is usually the first person a client or CAREGiver will see and talk to.
Doniesha has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2016, and she comes to us with 13 years of experience as a Coordinator with the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) Her main responsibility is to provide excellent service to our seniors by matching them with a compatible, caring and understanding CAREGiver. She also monitors, mediates and logs both client and CAREGiver activities to make sure we are providing quality care to our seniors.
Kaitlyn has come to Home Instead after working with senior population at assisted facility. She has years of background experience with customer service. Kaitlyn is the face of Home Instead because she is the first-person clients and CAREGivers speak to when they call the office or stop by in person! As administrative assistant, she is bringing her friendly, warm, and inviting personality to the Home Instead family.
Veronica started her career in the healthcare as a Certified Nursing assistant in 2013. Veronica comes to us with 5 years of Staffing Coordinator/ Staffing Manager experience. She was drawn to healthcare because she always wanted to helps others. She believes working one on one with client's in their homes allows them to lead more independent lives.
Francisco joined Home Instead in 2019. He joins us with over 6 years of experience in helping customers and employees alike with any of their needs. Francisco is the first point of contact making his the friendly face and voice of Home Instead and can assist you with any general questions for both clients and caregivers and guide them to the appropiate staff member for further assistance
Jolene Loudermilk is the On Call Manager for both the Rancho Cucamonga and Victorville offices, and has been with Home Instead since March of 2016. She is the primary point of contact if a CAREGiver or client has an emergency after hours or over the weekend. Jolene is a valuable source of information, and she is always happy to help if you have questions or concerns. In addition to her work with Home Instead, she is also a former EMT, regularly volunteers for the Alzheimer's Association, and is very active in her daughter's church and school activities.
Everyone was wonderful! I appreciate all
