Brandi and her mother, Lynda Patriquin, launched Home Instead Senior Care on March 1, 2000. For them, it is a win-win business - helping keep seniors in their homes as well as creating jobs for the people in our community who "just want to give back." She is an active, hands-on owner, and you will most likely see Brandi either in the office or out in the field.
Chris Parmelee joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in March 2015 as the General Manger of both the Rancho Cucamonga and Victorville offices. He provides leadership and management of all departments such as finance, staffing, human resources, client services and home care sales to provide the best care to our clients, ensuring that they are healthy, secure and comfortable in their own homes.
Erica has joined the Home Instead Team in October of 2016. She has come to us with 5 years in customer service experience as well as previous schooling in Healthcare Administration. She is the face of Home Instead Senior Care because she is usually the first person a client or CAREGiver will see and talk to.
Laura has worked for Home Instead Senior Care since 2009, first in Albuquerque, New Mexico and then in Rancho Cucamonga in 2015. She is the supervisor for the Staffing and Quality Assurance Department. She conducts the quality assurance visits and oversees client concerns. She also works closely with our Vocational Educator to make sure all our employees are as educated and prepared as possible.
Pam Reeves joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2008 as a caregiver. She has a true passion and love for our Seniors. After 4 years of being a caregiver she was promoted to the office staff where she works as our Client Care Coordinator. This allows her to closely monitor the care and needs of our Seniors. She believes taking care of our Seniors is her calling in life. While checking in on our Seniors she is also checking in with our caregivers to be sure they are happy and have all the tools they need to be successful at their job.
LisaMarie come to us with an extensive background in the higher education and student affairs realm. Mostly recently, as a college admissions councilor and a staffing client care coordinator for ABA clients, LisaMarie knows exactly with to look for to find the most qualified and caring employees. She works closely with our Vocational Educator and Training Coordinator to make sure all CAREGivers are as educated and prepared as possible.
Sharon joined Home Instead in 2016 as our Sales & Marketing Coordinator for both the Rancho and Victorville Offices. She is out in the community building relationships and marketing new business for Home Instead Senior Care. Sharon also works hand in hand with the Training department to host free public workshops and support groups throughout the community.
Cynthia has been with Home Instead since 2015. She joined the team as a caregiver and was promoted to Legacy Leader and would often assist with office duties as needed before being promoted into the office full time for Admin Assistant. Cynthia is the first point of contact making her the friendly face and voice of Home Instead and can assist with any general questions for both clients and caregivers and guide them to the appropriate staff member for further assistance.
Jolene Loudermilk is the On Call Manager for both the Rancho Cucamonga and Victorville offices, and has been with Home Instead since March of 2016. She is the primary point of contact if a CAREGiver or client has an emergency after hours or over the weekend. Jolene is a valuable source of information, and she is always happy to help if you have questions or concerns. In addition to her work with Home Instead, she is also a former EMT, regularly volunteers for the Alzheimer's Association, and is very active in her daughter's church and school activities.
