​Ensures effective communication and coordination between administrative personnel and is responsible for day to day operations management.


Jodi Phillippi - Accounting Manager

​Processes CAREgiver payroll,manages client invoicing and all other bookkeeping duties.


Dan Giese - Community Outreach Liaison

Dan visits local healthcare organizations to promote Home Instead Senior Care, manage referal relationships and help connect new clients to care managers to begin service.


Camille Magdaleno- Homecare & Lifeline Services Coordinator

​Responsible for conducting Lifeline consultations and installations and new client inquiries.


Leslie Davis - Client Services Manager

​Conducts client assessments at Care Consultations and provides regular quality assurance visits and clients/CG introductions.


Rebecca Mixtacki - Client Services Coordinator

​Helps new clients begin service and ensures quality care by visiting exhisting clients.


Debra Riniker - Special Projects Coordinator

​Manages internal operations consisting of both human resource and staffing activities while coordinating with the care managment department.


Andrew Santoro - Recruitment & Engagement Manager

​Hires CAREgivers and retains them with continuing education and mentoring.


Danielle Ingalls- Administrative Coordinator

​​Supports both recruitment and staffing activities while fielding calls from clients,caregivers and applicants.


Martin Manka - Scheduling Coordinator

​Responsible for client and CAREgiver scheduling. Ensures good matches between CAREgivers and clients based on experience and interests.


Nancy Becker - On-Call Supervisor

​Handles all CAREgiver and client concerns at night and on the weekends.
