That's why our team stands ready to serve you any day of the week, at any hour of the day or night. Kaipo Robello - Owner

​Kaipo has been a long time entreprenuer.  He started his first company in 1993 to persue his passion for drawing as a screenprinting artist. His company grew among locals in the Pensacola community and many business use his company for high quantity shirts.  In 2009, he transitioned into opening up a liquor store and bar, which is a popular spot during increased tourism during spring and summer months.  Not long after that, he Kaipo chose Home Instead after learning about the value of home care.  He looks forward to helping seniors in the Pensacola community every day and Being a choice employer.  He loves to spend time with his wife and children; and when mother nature allows for good surf, he is winding down on some waves on Pensacola Beach. 


Stacy Robello-Owner

Stacy Robello-Owner

In 2017, Stacy Robello, became one of the new owners at Home Instead Senior Care of Pensacola.  She was a founding employee of the franchise in 1999 until late 2001. After receiving her BA in Elementary Education from the University of West Florida, she left to pursue her career as an educator in one of Florida's top ranked systems; Santa Rosa County School District. But when the Home Instead office was granted their Home Health Agency license from the State of Florida in 2006, Stacy was inspired to return; this time as a Community Educator addressing issues specific to the aging population and as a promoter of the many home care services offered by Home Instead.  She helps drive referrals and builds relationships within the provider network of home care.  Some of Stacy's affiliations are with the Baptist Women's Board, Escarosa Senior Alliance, Santa Rosa Healthcare Advocates and the Healthcare Professionals Association of Northwest Florida, Impact 100, Powerful Women of the Gulf Coast and Pensacola Symphony Orchestra Guild.  She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, going to the beach, running and yoga.  Stacy is more enthusiastic than ever and she's excited to continue the tradition of bringing exceptional home care and being a choice employer to the Pensacola community.  



Jennifer Cleveland-Client Care Coordinator

Jennifer Cleveland-Client Care Coordinator

Jennifer has been with Home Instead since September 2012.  She started out as a Staff Coordinator and was promoted to Client Care Coordinator in October of 2014. This gives her the insight in which she can assess certain situations and report back to the office and use the tools and resources that she has from scheduling to accommodate both the client and caregiver. She performs a variety of duties in the area of Client services in order to enable us to provide the highest quality service. Most of these services would be performed in the homes of our clients or in various healthcare facilities. She works to maintain positive relationships with all clients through quality assurance visits and phone calls. Jennifer conducts assessments, creates care plans, and counsels clients and families regarding care options. She also counsels CAREGivers on quality concerns after visiting clients and monitors, mediates, and logs both client and Home Services Worker Activity.​


Shay Bessemer, RN-Training Coordinator

Shay Bessemer, RN-Training Coordinator

Shay is a homegrown local of Gulf Breeze, Florida.  She pursued nursing school and graduated from School of Nursing at WOSC in Altus OK in 1999.

Her work experience includes the US Army as a civilian nurse at The Defense Language Institution in California, laying the foundation of deep respect for both our active duty military and our veterans, Sacred Heart Hospital and Rosewood Manor of Gulf Coast Healthcare.  Due to her husband's active tour duty, she has lived through the US, Japan and Belgium before returning back to the Pensacola area in 2013.  We have been so fortunate to have her as a our trainer to our wonderful CAREGivers and CNA's since 2015.  Shay enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 children and her extended family in the local area, loves to shop at thrift stores; where she also volunteers as a nurse as well and taking care of her beloved house pets; 4 dogs, chickens and her pot belly pig.   

 


Cheryl Thomas-Bookkeeper

Cheryl Thomas-Bookkeeper

Cheryl has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2011.  She carries out all aspects of bookkeeping, focusing on billing and payroll, all while upholding the high standards Home Instead Senior Care promotes.

Before entering the healthcare field, Cheryl worked in the construction field for 10 years where she gained valuable knowledge and experience.  Cheryl has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of West Florida.  When not at work, Cheryl loves to spend time with her family and relaxing with friends.


Heather Jacobs-Human Resource Manager

Heather Jacobs-Human Resource Manager

Heather began her career with Home Instead Senior Care this year and has become a very essential member of our team as our Human Resource Manager. With her background in Psychology, she utilizes her knowledge to assist the Caregivers in being their best. Her experience as a Certified Life Coach makes her relatable and able to create best practices for the company and our employees. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management in Greater Pensacola. When Heather is not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter traveling, playing sports, going to concerts, or being out on the water. She aspires to be a mentor to everyone she comes in contact with.


Ally Peugh-Client Care Coordinator

Ally Peugh-Client Care Coordinator

In 2014, Ally received her Certified Nursing Assistant license and has worked with the elderly ever since. Growing up she volunteered at the nursing home where her Grandmother was the head nurse doing activities and singing to the Clients which helped them stay in good spirits. Ally has been an employee of Home Instead Senior Care since 2017, starting as a CNA and has been promoted multiple times in the office leading her to her current position as a Client Care Coordinator. She is passionate about working with the elderly whether it be hands on or ensuring that they receive the best care in town by completing a thorough care consult. Ally facilitates weekly personal care and specialty lift training for our new Caregivers. Ally is a military spouse, and a mom of two little boys. She is always willing to help prospects, clients, and or Caregivers with any questions/concerns!

Kristen Bourgeois-Service Coordinator

Kristen, our Service Coordinator, is a key component to the success of Home Instead Senior Care. With an extensive background in customer service, she has a real talent for personal relations and is very easy to talk to. Kristen assists both clients and caregivers will all of their scheduling needs. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family and going to the beach.

Nina Amerson-Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator

Before joining the Home Instead Senior Care team, Nina was a stay at home mom to her two children.   Nina was a dedicated volunteer in the Pensacola area, volunteering her time to her church and local schools in the community.  Her passion has always been serving those in need of assistance which makes her a great fit as Caregiver Administrative Assistant here at Home Instead.   In her spare time, Nina enjoys being with her family, exploring the outdoors and relaxing in the sun on Pensacola Beach.  Nina looks forward to making your experience with Home Instead Senior Care the best that it can be!

 


Julia Martin-Office Coordinator

Julia Martin-Office Coordinator

Julia is the first face you see when you come to the office and the friendly voice you hear over the phone directing your calls to the appropriate department. She is a proud military spouse who joined the Home Instead staff in July of 2018, after moving to Pensacola from Hawaii.  As a child, she loved to volunteer at nursing homes with her Mom and brothers.  She has always had a special place in her heart for seniors, and helping anyone in need of assistance.  During her free time, she loves spending time with her husband, son, and dog, they love to go fishing, to the beach, and just enjoying the greater outdoors of Pensacola.  You will also find her at the baseball field cheering on her son and supporting his love for the game.  She is excited to be a part of this amazing team and continue to grow with the company.
