Kaipo has been a long time entreprenuer. He started his first company in 1993 to persue his passion for drawing as a screenprinting artist. His company grew among locals in the Pensacola community and many business use his company for high quantity shirts. In 2009, he transitioned into opening up a liquor store and bar, which is a popular spot during increased tourism during spring and summer months. Not long after that, he Kaipo chose Home Instead after learning about the value of home care. He looks forward to helping seniors in the Pensacola community every day and Being a choice employer. He loves to spend time with his wife and children; and when mother nature allows for good surf, he is winding down on some waves on Pensacola Beach.
In 2017, Stacy Robello, became
one of the new owners at Home Instead Senior Care of Pensacola. She
was a founding employee of the franchise in 1999 until late 2001. After
receiving her BA in Elementary Education from the University of West Florida,
she left to pursue her career as an educator in one of Florida's top ranked
systems; Santa Rosa County School District. But when the Home Instead office
was granted their Home Health Agency license from the State of
Florida in 2006, Stacy was inspired to return; this time as a Community
Educator addressing issues specific to the aging population and as a promoter
of the many home care services offered by Home Instead. She helps drive referrals and builds
relationships within the provider network of home care. Some of Stacy's affiliations are with the
Baptist Women's Board, Escarosa Senior Alliance, Santa Rosa
Healthcare Advocates, Healthcare Professionals Association of Northwest
Florida, Impact 100, Powerful Women of the Gulf Coast, Pensacola Symphony Orchestra Guild and now a seat with the DOEA Advisory Council. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, going to the beach, running and yoga. Stacy is more enthusiastic than ever and she's
excited to continue the tradition of bringing exceptional home care and being a
choice employer to the Pensacola community.
Nicole comes to Home Instead with a wealth of experience in the healthcare field--more than 20 years as a healthcare professional--in work spanning long-term care to home health/hospice care. In her role as RN Training Coordinator , she looks forward to utilizing her passion to teach and inspire personal and professional growth among her co-workers and peers by establishing positive relationships with both caregivers and clients through support, encouragement, and communication. Her work will consist of assessing client complexities and determining their suitability for Home Instead services, preparing and training caregivers for Home Health Certification, and providing ongoing in-services and education in order to create and sustain the highest quality home care that Home Instead is known for. When she is not working, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, serving in her local church, and traveling.
Cheryl has been with Home Instead Senior Care since
2011. She carries out all aspects of bookkeeping, focusing on billing and
payroll, all while upholding the high standards Home Instead Senior Care
Before entering the healthcare field, Cheryl worked in the
construction field for 10 years where she gained valuable knowledge and
experience. Cheryl has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from
the University of West Florida. When not at work, Cheryl loves to spend time with her family
and relaxing with friends.
Kristen, our Service Manager,
is a key component to the success of Home Instead Senior Care. With an
extensive background in customer service, she has a real talent for personal
relations and is very easy to talk to. Kristen assists both clients and
caregivers will all of their scheduling needs. In her spare time, she enjoys
being with her family and going to the beach.
2014, Ally received her Certified Nursing Assistant license and has worked with
the elderly ever since. Growing up she volunteered at the nursing home where
her Grandmother was the head nurse. She did activities and sung to the Clients
which helped them stay in good spirits. Ally has been an employee of Home
Instead Senior Care since 2017, starting as a CNA and has been promoted
multiple times in the office. She is passionate about working with the elderly
whether it be hands on as a CareGiver, making sure they receive the best care
in town by completing a thorough care consultation as a Client Care
Coordinator, or hiring and maintaining the best quality CareGivers as our HR
Supervisor. Ally is a military spouse, mom of two little boys, and full-time student.
During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and being
outside. Ally is always here to answer any questions, address all concerns, or
just converse with a smile on her face.
Crystal is the Director of First Impressions, and the first
smiling face you will see when you enter our office. With 15 years of customer
service experience, she is easy to talk to and is more than happy to assist our
clients and caregivers with whatever they may need. Crystal graduated from the
University of West Florida with a Bachelor’s in Advertising and later realized
her true passion was in healthcare, where she then went on to receive her
nursing degree from Pensacola State College. She enjoyed her experience in
nursing homes and assisted living facilities, and working with Home Instead
has been the perfect fit. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys crafting, painting,
and spending time at the beach with her daughter.
Kevin comes to Home Instead Senior Care with over 16 years of
experience in the healthcare and human services field as a Caregiver,
Supervisor, Recruiter, and in Human Resources. Given that he has been a
Caregiver previously, he understands the hard work, dedication, and commitment
that being a positive Caregiver takes. He is very excited to be a part of a
wonderful company that does amazing work for seniors and within the community.
Prior to this, Kevin got his start working as a Regional Office Manager with an
adoption and foster care agency in Indiana before taking on additional
responsibilities as an Adoption Coordinator, but he soon realized this was not
the type of work he wanted to do on-going.
Kevin states he really enjoys being able to work in Human
Resources as there is always something new to learn and know, and it still
allows the opportunity for him to be involved in the daily operations of the office
and maintain contact with Caregivers and even clients as well. Kevin considers
learning as knowledge. Kevin will be assisting with recruiting, hiring, and
maintaining the best quality Caregivers for Home Instead as well as other Human
Resources duties and has an open-door policy, so feel free to contact Kevin
anytime in the office.
Kevin was born and raised in Western Kentucky but is so happy
to finally call Florida home. He is married and has two children and a Pug that
is part of the family. Away from work, you will find Kevin spending time with
his family any time he can, being outside, especially at the beach, and
watching sports. He also loves to try and volunteer some time in the local
communities when possible, especially around Christmas.
Robin comes to home
instead with a passion for serving others. She challenged the board and became
Certified Nursing Assistant in 2012 until changing her career direction. She
became a Youth Care Worker in 2016 and quickly became supervisor for the
adolescent shelter, working with troubled youth, helping to heal families with
conflict and working to rehabilitate youth to remain out of the Juvenile
Justice system. Robin came to Home Instead in 2018 and started out as CareGiver
Administrative Assistant, then being promoted to scheduling until becoming
Client Care Assistant. She can always be seen with a friendly smile, and is
always happy to help in any situation. In her free time she loves to be
outdoors doing anything from camping to kayaking, and spending time with her
husband and their families.
Lauryn, our Service
Coordinator, started out with Home Instead as a Caregiver. Through the years
she has worked in Senior Care. When she wasn't working with the elderly, she
worked as a Transaction Coordinator in the Real Estate Industry. Lauryn's
passion has always been caring for others. Coming into the office as Director
of First Impressions, to then being promoted into Servicing has given Lauryn
the ability to utilize her passion and knowledge in providing help and
assistance to not only our clients but our caregivers too! She has great
communication skills and is very easy to talk to. Lauryn was born and raised in
the Pensacola/Gulf Breeze area. She is married and a mother of two boys. In her
down time, she enjoys spending time with her family and loved ones whether it's
at the beach or embarking on a new adventure!
