We are the owners of Home Instead Senior Care located in Portland Oregon. For many years my wife and I both felt a very strong desire to not only one day own our own company, but to also find a path that would lead us to helping other people, guiding a team and most importantly, better our community. I had the wonderful opportunity to care for my grandfather for a little over 2 years while in college. That experience forever changed my life, an experience that ultimately led me to owning this rewarding business. During our amazing path and discovery of the Home Instead Senior Care business, Aimee and I have been reminded, almost daily, that this is our fate. Aimee has even coined our extraordinary journey and experience as our "Our God Moment". We feel we've found the perfect ingredients to our dream in this amazing opportunity with Home Instead Senior Care. Martina is are Weekend Staffing Coordinator and is new to Home Instead Senior Care but she has a real passion for seniors. She is responsible for making that wonderful and heartfelt match between our CAREGivers and our seniors. Coordinating a perfect match every time is her goal!
Andrea has been with Home Instead Senior Care 2016. She started as a CAREGiver and we soon discovered what a great asset she would be in the office. She now manages our evening on-call duties to ensure our clients, families and caregivers always have a live person to speak with.
Laurie is our CAREGiver Experience Coordinator. She has been with Home Instead since 2016 and started off as a CAREGiver here at Home Instead. She is responsible for taking CAREGiver inquiries, setting up interviews with potential CAREGivers, conducting the intial interviews and assisting the Recruitment and Retention Team.
Carey is our CAREGiver Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator and is started with Home Instead Senior Care in 2017. She is responsible for finding wonderful people to work with our seniors and developing ways to ensure our caregivers are well cared for and appreciated! She keeps our family happy!
Chris is our RN case manager and has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2017. He is in charge of overseeing our clients who need medication services.
Karen is one of Client Care Managers and has worked with Home Instead Senior Care since 2007. She is responsible for Quality Assurance Visits, Client
and CAREGiver introductions and meeting with clients and family members
to introduce them to our services. Her goal is to create the perfect
care plan for you or your loved one to ensure your independence in the
place you call home.
Lyndel is one of our Client Care Managers and has been with Home Instead since 2014. I am the newest member of the Client Care Management Team. I am excited to have joined the Portland Home Instead family and have quickly realized I am surrounded by an amazing team of individuals who strive daily to better the lives of our clients. Originally from Australia with a background in Adult Disability Services, I moved to the US in 2003 after meeting my husband online! Since moving to the US I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience working with seniors. Starting as a Caregiver in Assisted Living moving up to a Medication Assistant, Resident Services Coordinator and Administrator. I look forward to working with and getting to know everyone as we continue to make a difference in the lives of the seniors we serve!
Jennifer is our CAREGiver Retention & Training Manager and has worked for Home Instead Senior Care since 2008. She is responsible for training and retaining our wonderful CAREGivers.

with hospice. My passion for seniors stems into my personal life, as I would
visit my own grandmother weekly; a routine we kept until her passing in 2015.
My son Bishop is now her namesake. While obtaining my degree in Social &
Human Services I spent a lot of time with the homeless population, transitional
housing, and troubled youth. I have a general love for people of any age and

not working I love hanging out with my family, which includes our doggle
(Beagle/Doberman mix) Samson! I enjoy camping, shopping, dancing, ANY arts
& crafts and repurposing old stuff.
Brittany is our Recruitment and Retention Coordinator in our Clackamas County Office. She has been with Home Instead since 2013. She is responsible calling CAREGiver inquiries, scheduling interviews, interviewing and training of our CAREGivers.
