Patty Campbell - Service Coordinator

Patty Campbell - Service Coordinator

"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because I have been in the shoes of those who are caring for their parents and grandparents.  My grandmother had Alzheimer’s and my mother lost her independence at a young age, due to her failing health and eyesight.  I wish I had the resource  of a company like Home Instead Senior Care to help me through these difficult situations.   I am so grateful to be able to help other families cope easier with their aging parents, by working at Home Instead Senior Care."

Patty has an Associate’s degree in office administration and has worked in a clerical position in hospitals and in legal offices.  Patty manages the schedules for all of our clients and caregivers.  Patty gets to know all of our caregivers on a personal level so that she can create a schedule that works best for them.  Patty is also Captain of our Walk to End Alzheimer's team, and is very passionate about raising awareness in the fight to end Alzheimer's.  Patty volunteers regularly and is involved in outreach projects at her church.  She loves to help others any way she can.

Arli Eiseman Schuermann - Accounting

Arli Eiseman Schuermann - Accounting

"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because the assistance by caregivers allowed my grandmother to remain in her home during the final days of her life.  It also allowed my mother and the rest of our family to spend quality time with my grandmother and feel comforted that she was receiving quality care.  My husband and I want to provide that same level of comfort to other families in our community. "

Arli grew up in Lakeside Park, KY and earned her degree from Indiana University.  She has worked for many years in the Commercial Real Estate market in Northern Kentucky and across the country and is excited to now be able to provide care for our seniors in the community.  Arli runs the accounting for Home Instead Senior Care.

Ryan Saint-Blancard, Director of Business Development

"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because our company provides a safe solution that empowers seniors to remain happy and independent in their home, wherever home may be.  Family is priority for me; I want to know that my loved ones are safe and being cared for. In representing Home Instead, I have confidence that we are doing the same for our clients."

Ryan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication from Murray State University in 2009. She recently rejoined the Home Instead team after working two years in skilled home health care. She is excited to be back at Home Instead in her role that she knows well, helping our clients navigate community resources that will help them remain independent at home.  Ryan also enjoys going out into the community to educate our partners about our services and how they can be a solution for a variety of situations facing seniors.  She talks with people daily and often conducts group presentations as well.

“When I am in the community talking with our referral providers, I see firsthand the difference we make in helping others, especially those who return home after a fall or procedure and need a little extra help during their transition. I am especially proud of what we do when Social Workers and RN’s look to us to help their patients when they are discharged from a hospital or rehab facility.”
