"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because I believe one of the most important responsibilities we have is to care for seniors at such a difficult time in their lives. Our goal is to assist our clients to live productive lives in the comfort of their own homes. We do this by building trust and becoming personally invested in the happiness and well-being of our clients."

"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because I can't imagine not working to improve the lives of those who did the same for us. Our seniors in the community deserve to live fulfilling lives and maintain as much independence as possible. To me, our clients are not simply clients; they are part of our Home Instead family. I love being able to help them and make sure they are as happy as possible with the care they are receiving." Katie earned her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing Degree from Thomas More College. Her nursing background and experience at Home Instead with our clients allows her to assess situations and provide creative solutions in the ever changing world of the clients and the Caregivers who assist them. "Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because I have been in the shoes of those who are caring for their parents and grandparents. My grandmother had Alzheimer’s and my mother lost her independence at a young age, due to her failing health and eyesight. I wish I had the resource of a company like Home Instead Senior Care to help me through these difficult situations. I am so grateful to be able to help other families cope easier with their aging parents, by working at Home Instead Senior Care."
Patty has worked in our staffing deparment for several years and recently transitioned to her current Human Resources Manager role. Patty enjoys being able to use community resources to find the perfect candidates to become Caregivers for Seniors. The most important thing to Patty is the quality of the person who will help strengthen the senior community, as well as coming up with new ways and ideas to show Caregivers how important they are to the Senior community.
Patty volunteers regularly and is involved in outreach projects at her church. She loves to help others any way she can.
"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because the assistance by caregivers allowed my grandmother to remain in her home during the final days of her life. It also allowed my mother and the rest of our family to spend quality time with my grandmother and feel comforted that she was receiving quality care. My husband and I want to provide that same level of comfort to other families in our community. "
Arli grew up in Lakeside Park, KY and earned her degree from Indiana University. “When I am in
the community talking with our referral providers, I see firsthand the
difference we make in helping others, especially those who return home after a
fall or procedure and need a little extra help during their transition. I am
especially proud of what we do when Social Workers and RN’s look to us to help
their patients when they are discharged from a hospital or rehab facility.”
"I am continually struck by the professionalism, high level of caring and exemplary caregivers that I have met from Home Instead. My mom couldn't live without them, and neither could I.
