"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because I believe one of the most important responsibilities we have is to care for seniors at such a difficult time in their lives. Our goal is to assist our clients to live productive lives in the comfort of their own homes. We do this by building trust and becoming personally invested in the happiness and well-being of our clients."

Eric is a lifelong resident of this area, and his mission is to help seniors in Northern Kentucky to live active lives in the comfort of their own homes. He also believes that our CAREGivers are the lifeblood of our company, and appreciates the selfless work that they do when caring for our clients. Eric's wife, Arli, is a native of Northern Kentucky, and they are both involved in catholic charities.

Katie Cardis - Client Care Manager

"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because I can't imagine not working to improve the lives of those who did the same for us. Our seniors in the community deserve to live fulfilling lives and maintain as much independence as possible. To me, our clients are not simply clients; they are part of our Home Instead family. I love being able to help them and make sure they are as happy as possible with the care they are receiving."

Katie earned her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing Degree from Thomas More College. Her nursing background and experience at Home Instead with our clients allows her to assess situations and provide creative solutions in the ever changing world of the clients and the Caregivers who assist them. As Client Care Coordinator for the Home Instead Senior Care team now for three years, Katie is responsible for ensuring our clients have a personalized plan of care, and that our caregivers are thoroughly prepared to work with each client.

Patty Campbell - Human Resources Manager

Patty Campbell - Human Resources Manager

"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because I have been in the shoes of those who are caring for their parents and grandparents.  My grandmother had Alzheimer’s and my mother lost her independence at a young age, due to her failing health and eyesight.  I wish I had the resource  of a company like Home Instead Senior Care to help me through these difficult situations.   I am so grateful to be able to help other families cope easier with their aging parents, by working at Home Instead Senior Care."

Patty has worked in our staffing deparment for several years and recently transitioned to her current Human Resources Manager role.  Patty enjoys being able to use community resources to find the perfect candidates to become Caregivers for Seniors.  The most important thing to Patty is the quality of the person who will help strengthen the senior community, as well as coming up with new ways and ideas to show Caregivers how important they are to the Senior community.

Patty volunteers regularly and is involved in outreach projects at her church.  She loves to help others any way she can.

Arli Eiseman Schuermann - Accounting

Arli Eiseman Schuermann - Accounting

"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because the assistance by caregivers allowed my grandmother to remain in her home during the final days of her life.  It also allowed my mother and the rest of our family to spend quality time with my grandmother and feel comforted that she was receiving quality care.  My husband and I want to provide that same level of comfort to other families in our community. "

Arli grew up in Lakeside Park, KY and earned her degree from Indiana University.  She has worked for many years in the Commercial Real Estate market in Northern Kentucky and across the country and is excited to now be able to provide care for our seniors in the community.  Arli runs the accounting for Home Instead Senior Care.

Ryan Saint-Blancard - Director of Business Development

"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because our company provides a safe solution that empowers seniors to remain happy and independent in their home, wherever home may be.  Family is priority for me; I want to know that my loved ones are safe and being cared for. In representing Home Instead, I have confidence that we are doing the same for our clients."

Ryan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication from Murray State University in 2009. She recently rejoined the Home Instead team after working two years in skilled home health care. She is excited to be back at Home Instead in her role that she knows well, helping our clients navigate community resources that will help them remain independent at home.  Ryan also enjoys going out into the community to educate our partners about our services and how they can be a solution for a variety of situations facing seniors.  She talks with people daily and often conducts group presentations as well.

“When I am in the community talking with our referral providers, I see firsthand the difference we make in helping others, especially those who return home after a fall or procedure and need a little extra help during their transition. I am especially proud of what we do when Social Workers and RN’s look to us to help their patients when they are discharged from a hospital or rehab facility.”

Jody Edwards - Service Manager

Jody Edwards - Service Manager
Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me for a number of reasons.  First and foremost being my experience over the last few years relying on home health care providers to help us mange the care of two elderly family members.  I understand, from the customer perspective, the questions, concerns, challenges and needs of our clients at every stage.  Be it assisted living, homebound care or hospice, I experienced it all prior to working in this industry.  When faced with the recent challenge of taking my career in a different direction, I was thrilled to be offered a position with such a compassionate company.  I’ve always taken pride in my work in the past but working for Home Instead Senior Care gives me something beyond simple pride. Being involved with and working toward a better quality of life for our important and loved senior community is meaningful work and rewarding beyond a paycheck.  It doesn’t get much more personal than that.”

Jody comes to Home Instead after a successful career in a variety of roles, including Accounting, Human Resources, and Training.  Jody manages our staffing team and handles the schedules for our growing list of clients and caregivers.  Jody lives with her husband in Union, has two children, and recently became a Grandmother.

Katelin Craddock - Service Coordinator

Katelin Craddock - Service Coordinator
"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because I love being a part of a team that works very hard to keep the elderly at home.  I take pride and passion in knowing that because of me, seniors can stay home a little longer, and they are in the comfort of their own home. I want to give the family peace of mind knowing we are putting skilled caregivers with their family.  Our Grandparents help make Holidays the special time that they are.  Being a part of the team that allows them to stay home a little longer brings me hope that maybe they can have Grandpa’s famous ham at Christmas or Grandma’s mashed potatoes at thanksgiving."

My role as Service Coordinator at Home instead allows me to place CareGivers in the home to allow the elderly to still have independence and keep going through their life and doing the things they enjoy with just that extra hand of support.   I have had many roles in my working years, I have been a Nurse Aide, Restaurant Manager, Legal Secretary, & Corrections officer. In all my roles I took any opportunity to help whomever I could. I take passion in helping people through life or just encouraging them to keep pushing on. I love my current role here at Home Instead.  I can help people on a daily basis, whether it be helping the family get a caregiver that they love or be that listening ear when the caregiver or family needs to talk. I live with my husband and 3 children in Elsmere. I enjoy reading and painting with my children and building and crafting things with my husband.

Debbie Rogers - Office Manager

Debbie Rogers - Office Manager
"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because I have lived it myself.  I cared for my grandmother and my mother-in-law in my home until they passed.  Being a caregiver is a difficult job.  Trying to be the caregiver and the granddaughter or the daughter-in-law is even more difficult.  It would have been such a help to have Home Instead Senior Care when I was going through that.  Home Instead Senior Care takes that load off the family members so they can be the son, daughter, husband, wife, or whatever the relationship might be.  The family gets to enjoy their loved one, as it should be.  I feel strongly that our loved ones should be able to live their lives surrounded by the people they love.  I am thrilled to be a part of that mission.  I am blessed to be able to work for Home Instead Senior Care where the work is something I can be proud of and feel like I am part of something that changing the lives of others."

In my role as Office Manager for Home Instead, I wear several different hats, from advising families interested in our services to recruiting quality caregivers, and many other tasks.  My career has been mainly in the medical field, working as a medical secretary, medical transcriptionist and then at a home health agency as a scheduler.  I live with my husband in Crittenden and have five children and three grandchildren.  I enjoy my family time and giving back to my community, mainly within the school system.
