The need for in-home senior care services doesn't always arise between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on a weekday. That's why our team stands ready to serve you any day of the week, at any hour of the day or night. We have come together as a group of dedicated professionals to deliver a home care solution that meets your needs. We employ trained, screened and bonded​ CAREGiversSM​ to serve your family's senior loved one with compassion and devotion.

Jason and Debbie Baker have been our local franchise owners since 1999.  Seventeen years later, the company has grown out of buildings but into the homes of over 2,500 clients.  Their compassion to help those in need spills out of their daily lives and into the hearts of others.  As a Physical Therapist, Jason has a vast understanding of the physical body, and in combination with his humility and graciousness, he exemplifies an extraordinary company owner.  He and Debbie have six children together.  They are loved by family, friends, the staff and the community.  Because of their character and leadership, we are proud to say that Home Instead is the trusted source of companionship and in-home care of seniors in the Hemet/Banning areas.​

Monique is our Recruitment Coordinator. She has been with Home Instead Senior Care of Hemet since 2008. She started as one of our extraordinary CAREGivers. Clients and CAREGivers alike can count on Monique to help them with any of their scheduling or Recruitment needs.​​

Kelly has been with Home Instead since 2007.

Though Sophia is a vital part of our office staff, she is rarely at her desk.  She can be found stopping by our client's homes, ensuring quality and satisfaction in our service.  She has built strong relationships with many clients and is a highlight for many when she knocks on their door.  Sophia also is a support to our CAREgivers as she is always stocked with extra log notes, gloves and other essentials to help the CAREgiver provide the best care possible. ​​

Deborah helps to ensure quality assurance for our clients and our staff.  She can be found stopping by client's homes and encouraging our CAREgivers in striving for the best care we have to offer.  She is an amazing addition to our team​

Jared plays a vital role in our day to day operations. From his personal and relational approach to our industry standards is one giftedness and integrity. In the always changing field that is healthcare and its rules and regulations, Mr. Harbin stands out as an innovator with an entrepreneurial spirit and gets things done. We are very happy to have Jared on our team here at Home Instead. Jared is married and has two dogs that he calls his children.

​Nancy comes to us with years of experience in the public and business field. She is compassionate when it comes to helping seniors and those in need. Nancy is the Office Administrative/Live Scan Specialist in our Banning Office.​   ​

​Rosie is one of our new Staffing Coordinators and is a former CareGiver for Home Instead Senior. She understands the aspects and fast paced elements of the job. Rosie communicates with the clients and caregivers in regards to schedules and concerns and is open minded and always willing to listen.

​Raquel is one of our new staffing coordinators for Home Instead. She started as a CareGiver with us and enjoyed working with her clients one on one. Now in her new position she can use her skills and knowledge to meet the needs of our clients when they call for scheduling needs. Raquel enjoys working at Home Instead and is excited to see what the future holds. 


John Byrd - Billing Administrator

John Byrd - Billing Administrator

​John is our new Billing Administrator for Home Instead Senior Care. He started as a CareGiver with us and loved working with his clients. You can find him working hard on payroll or invoices throughout the week. In Johns spare time you can find him at his local fire station as a Fire Explorer. He loves getting to meet and talk to new people. We are happy to have John on our Home Instead team.
