Bill Mishkin, Owner

​After many years of entrepreneurship in different industries, Bill was looking to find a place where he can make a difference in people’s lives. Having dealt with issues with seniors in his own family and their care during declining years, senior care hits close to home. That's whay his mission with Home Instead Senior Care fuels his passion to bringbout bring the best in care to Melrose and the surrounding community.

Bill is married, has two children and is active with hobbies of skiing, running, cycling, and charity.


Wendy Flynn, Client Care Coordinator

Wendy Flynn, Client Care Coordinator

As one of two client care coordinators at Home Instead Senior Care, Wendy plays an important role in terms of setting up clients with new services. Wendy also oversees Home Instead's relationship with Mystic Valley Elder Services. Prior to entering the field of senior home care, Wendy worked as a project manager.​​

Joanne Anastasiades, Staff Coordinator

Joanne Anastasiades, Staff Coordinator

Joanne brings considerable experience in staff management, customer service and administrative support. Prior to joining Home Instead Senior Care, Joanne held supervisory positions in management consulting, education and retail. She has also taken an active role in the healthcare plan for elders within her immediate family. ​​

Marion Garfinkel, R.N. Quality Assurance

Marion Garfinkel, R.N. Quality Assurance

With over 30 years of nursing experience, Marion is the "Dean" of senior home care. Marion helps to ensure service quality by visiting clients and their families in their homes. She is also an avid speaker on clinical topics and general wellness.​​

Sue Regan

Sue Regan

Sue brings considerable experience in human resources and general management. Prior to joining Home Instead Senior Care, Sue worked with the YMCA, Talbots and managed retail stores. In addition, Sue also has the perspective of a family caregiver.​​

Lisa Rivera

Lisa Rivera

Lisa initially joined Home Instead Senior Care as a caregiver. Subsequently, she joined the office team as our recruitment and retention coordinator. Prior to Home Instead, Lisa worked for many years in retail management. In addition, Lisa has also worked as a volunteer at Mystic Valley Elder Services' money management department which assists frail seniors with managing their finances.​​

Ellen Petto, RN

Ellen Petto, RN

​Ellen works as our Community Nurse Liaison. Prior to joining Home Instead Senior Care, Ellen worked for many years in Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care facilities. During this time, Ellen served in many roles including Staff Development Coordinator, Unit Manager and Assistant Director of Nursing. Ellen is proud to have spent nearly all of her professional career caring for seniors.
