​After many years of entrepreneurship in different industries, Bill was looking to find a place where he can make a difference in people’s lives. Having dealt with issues with seniors in his own family and their care during declining years, senior care hits close to home. That's whay his mission with Home Instead Senior Care fuels his passion to bringbout bring the best in care to Melrose and the surrounding community.

Bill is married, has two children and is active with hobbies of skiing, running, cycling, and charity.

Joanne Anastasiades, Staffing Manager

Joanne brings considerable experience in staff management, customer service and administrative support. Prior to joining Home Instead Senior Care, Joanne held supervisory positions in management consulting, education and retail. She has also taken an active role in the healthcare plan for elders within her immediate family. ​​

Lisa Rivera, Recruiting and Retention Coordinator

Lisa Rivera, Recruiting and Retention Coordinator

Lisa initially joined Home Instead Senior Care as a caregiver. Subsequently, she joined the office team as our recruitment and retention coordinator. Prior to Home Instead, Lisa worked for many years in retail management. In addition, Lisa has also worked as a volunteer at Mystic Valley Elder Services' money management department which assists frail seniors with managing their finances.​​

Virginia (Ginia) Pasciuto RN, BSN

Virginia (Ginia) Pasciuto RN, BSN

Ginia has practiced bedside nursing in acute and critical care units since 1978. Areas included Medical and surgical ICU, and Bone Marrow transplant. Other areas of interest included serving on clinical practice committees and mentoring new nurses in these areas. Certified in Reiki I and II and Acupressure levels  1 and 2. Currently supervising and mentoring caregivers, while developing care plans with the goal of providing a safe environment for seniors to thrive at home. Beyond 'human care' Ginia is passionate about animals, volunteers at a shelter and helps provide care to small animals.


Wendy Flynn , Client Care Coordinator

Wendy Flynn , Client Care Coordinator

​Wendy comes to Home Instead with a background is in Operations and Purchasing as well as Project Management.  She is involved with all aspects of client care including taking client inquiry calls, intakes and case setup and management.  She also handles billing and payroll as well as select project management.

Nicole Cafarella - Office Assistant

​Nicole joined HISC in July 2017 as a caregiver.  Nicole is also a licensed hair stylist and has always had a passion for helping others.  After being a caregiver a few months, she joined the office team assisting with recruiting and general office work.   Nicole's desire to help others started early on from wanting to advocate for children, helping others feel more self confident through hair styling and now making elders happy by choosing wonderful caregivers to go into their homes and care for them.
