Chris Lerch-Owner

​Chris Lerch, owner of Home Instead Senior Care of Houston, gained respect and admiration for seniors through his rich childhood experiences with his grandparents and great-grandparents.  His interest in serving seniors is largely due to the lessons he learned from his mother, the original family CAREGiver.

 When asked about the mission of his Home Instead franchise, Chris states, "At Home Instead Senior Care we work hard to help families cope with the challenges of aging at home.  In the spirit of my mother, the 'original CAREGiver', HISC of Houston strives to ease the burden of aging in place so that families can focus on enjoying their cherished seniors.
 
A native of Indiana, Chris and his wife, Shelley, have now lived in Texas for many years.  They have 2 children and enjoy spending time together as a family.

Christina Telles-Client Services/Quality Assurance

​Christina is from Las Cruces, New Mexico where she obtained her high school diploma. She is married to her high school sweetheart and have 2 wonderful children and a dog named Dallas. She started out as a CAREGiver for seniors and children until they made their move to Houston, TX in 2009. She was hired on as a CAREGiver and quickly moved her way up to becoming our weekend on-call staff member and helping throughout the office. Her hard work and dedication showed and she was asked to become our Business Office Coordinator as well as handle billing and payroll. Christina is bilingual in Spanish which is one of her many attributes. She was asked to take on another role of performing Quality Assurance visits to our clients and has really turned our QA into a fantastic way to better our relationship and care for our clients.
