Carrie is the RN and Case Manager for Home Instead Senior Care. Carrie manages our Quality Assurance program to continously improve and exceed client and family member expectations of care. Carrie works as our nurse liaison and medical expert and assists our office staff to answer questions and provide home care recommendations as client needs change.
Part of our corporate staff, Janis designs and conducts training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance. She also partners with all staff members to analyze training needs for future program development.
Part of our corporate team, Becca serves as a consultant for all locations to assist in planning, producing, and implementing HISC's business, communication and marketing objectives to best represent the company's brand. Additionally, Becca focuses on sharing our culture of Love (v.) through as many outlets as possible, including our website, newsletter, events, social media, and other internal and external communications.
Part of the corporate team, James manages the accouting department and provides information, primarily financial in nature, about all company activities that assists management in making educated economic decisions about the company's future. He also oversees the information technology function and vendor management.
As President of We Care Senior Care, Inc. dba Home Instead Senior Care, Jason provides leadership and sets the overall strategy and direction for our Home Instead Senior Care franchise group. Jason partners with our Branch Managers to ensure our teams (i.e. sales & marketing, recruiting & retention, and client care) are running on all cylinders to provide our clients, their families, referral providers and CAREGivers an exceptional experience with Home Instead Senior Care, while reinforcing our core value of Love (v.)
