This Maple Grove, Minnesota, based franchise position is responsible for fielding all client inquiry service calls, setting up care consultations, and documenting information into the software system. The Client Intake Specialist (CIS) also conducts in-home care consultations with clients and family members weekly and maintains ongoing communication and consistent follow-up with prospective clients. The CIS must demonstrate open and effective communication with clients and family members, the franchise owner, colleagues and CAREGivers. As the voice of Home Instead, the CIS must demonstrate our core value, Love(v.), in all interactions with internal and external customers and staff.
