Home Instead Senior Care of Minneapolis is seeking a positive, curious, energetic, and experienced Home Care Consultant to build strong relationships with our referral providers in Minneapolis and western suburbs. In addition, the Home Care Consultant is responsible for educating referral providers and problem solving with the goal of generating client referrals. If driving referrals, developing relationships, asking tough questions, addressing pain points, and being out in the market on your feet hit your sweet spot, then we want to hear from you! our service area is but not limited to: Plymouth, Minneapolis, Maple Grove, Minnetonka, Hopkins, Crystal, Golden Valley, Wayzata, Orono, Excelsior, Spring Park and Mound.

Spreading Love(v.) to seniors and their families in the communities we serve
This Minneapolis and west suburbs area-based position is focused on generating client referrals by visiting hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, hospice organizations, physicians, home health agencies, assisted/independent living facilities, nursing homes, etc. The Home Care Consultant reports directly to franchise owner and will work closely with all team members at the branch. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in sales. As the face of Home Instead Senior Care in the community, this team member must demonstrate our core value, Love (v.), in all interactions with internal and external customers and staff.
