John and Kathleen have owned and operated the Home Instead Senior Care of Minneapolis since April of 2008. He attended the University of Minnesota and has over 25 years of experience in marketing and management. John oversees the day to day operations that require a high level of communication with clients, CAREGivers and office staff.

Kathleen is the CFO for our franchise with a bachelors degree from the University of Minnesota and a Masters from St Thomas University.

Jill started with Home Instead in 2009 and has degree in social work from St Olaf College in Northfield, MN . She conducts home visits with prospective clients and families, and institutes all aspects of initializing service. Jill also oversees our quality assurance program in order to ensure our client's complete satisfaction.

Lori has experienced the joys and rewards in the health care field for over 35 years. Following her time caring for her own parents, Lori chose to continue the path of professional CAREGiving with Home Instead Senior Care. In 2011, she joined us and has had the opportunity to provide care for several clients of varying degrees of need. She is now a key member of the Client Care Team and her professionalism and compassion truly stand out every day!

After a 30+ year in the financial institution industry, Judy left the Human Resource field and chose an encore career with Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver. She brought many years' experience caring for a dear friend with Alzheimer's and felt caring for others was her calling. Her training experience, and life experience is a perfect fit for our CAREGiver training programs in addition to our Family CAREGiver Workshops she holds monthly.

Jessica Comes to Home Instead Senior Care with a broad spectrum of caregiving experience. As a teenager, she worked in a group home with developmentally challenged young adults, which sparked her love for caregiving. Jessica then attended nursing school and spent many years in acute care settings before moving into homecare. She has spent the last several years in care coordination, staffing, and overseeing client services. As the Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, Jessica is responsible for vetting, hiring and orientation of our CAREGiver staff. She will never compromise when making a hiring decision of our trusted staff.

Beth is a Master's prepared RN that started With Home Instead Senior Care in 2010. She brings her clinical skills, teaching experience and compassion for the chronically ill and elderly to the home care arena. As the RN Supervisor, Beth oversees the licensed care division, performs competency training for all CAREGivers, and other RN services as needed.
