John and Kathleen have owned and operated the Home Instead Senior Care of Minneapolis since April of 2008. He attended the University of Minnesota and has over 25 years of experience in marketing and management. John oversees the day to day operations that require a high level of communication with clients, CAREGivers and office staff.

Kathleen is the CFO for our franchise with a bachelors degree from the University of Minnesota and a Masters from St Thomas University.
"It is personal to me because I can relate to our clients and their families. I know what it is like to want to be there and do more for an aging parent, while at the same time manage my own family and career."
Lori has experienced the joys and rewards in the health care field for over 35 years. Following her time caring for her own parents, Lori chose to continue the path of professional CAREGiving with Home Instead Senior Care. In 2011, she joined us and has had the opportunity to provide care for several clients of varying degrees of need. She is now a key member of the Client Care Team and her professionalism and compassion truly stand out every day!

Jessica Comes to Home Instead Senior Care with a broad spectrum of caregiving experience. As a teenager, she worked in a group home with developmentally challenged young adults, which sparked her love for caregiving. Jessica then attended nursing school and spent many years in acute care settings before moving into homecare. She has spent the last several years in care coordination, staffing, and overseeing client services. As the Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, Jessica is responsible for vetting, hiring and orientation of our CAREGiver staff. She will never compromise when making a hiring decision of our trusted staff.

It's personal to me because I love working with seniors and their families and have alway had a strong passion for helping others. Having been a caregiver for my own parents, I understand the challenges families face and am dedicated to ensuring we are delivering the highest quality of care to our clients and families.
