Frank Billante, our Home Instead Senior Care San Francisco franchise owner possesses a heartfelt desire to work with seniors and their families and friends. He and our full Home Instead care team are on call to quickly answer your questions and accommodate your senior in-home care needs. 




Jill Bowers, Director of Operations

Jill Bowers, Director of Operations

​Jill discovered her passion for home care while attending San Francisco State University in 2007, she was offered the opportunity to work as a one-on-one live-in caregiver, for her elderly close family friend. She provided in-home care and support to her client, while simultaneously earning a Bachelor’s of Art Degree with an emphasis in Art History. She has also spent time working as a caregiver in a residential care facility providing personal care and companionship for six residents. Jill joined the administrative side of a home care organization in 2013 and quickly displayed great leadership potential, becoming an essential part of management and earned a promotion as Operations Manager in 2015. Jill understands the home care industry and supports her team in all facets.  Jill has great interpersonal skills, a “can-do” attitude, and an innate desire to help people. She currently resides in San Francisco and enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her dog.


Susan Anastasio, Director of Business Development

Susan Anastasio, Director of Business Development

Susan has been active in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, working closely with physicians, case managers, social workers, fiduciaries, and other healthcare professionals ensuring excellent communication and coordination of client needs. She served on the Membership Committee of CMSA San Francisco/East Bay Chapter for two years.



Alessandra Billante, Senior Client Care Manager

Alessandra Billante, Senior Client Care Manager

Alessandra brings her years of account executive experience launching creative campaigns for consumer, medical device and diagnostic companies to her role at Home Instead. Previously, Alessandra worked as an educator of young children and brings her compassion and empathic nature to her work with seniors. She graduated with her Masters in Education from San Francisco State University.


Ryan Santiago, Senior Staffing Manager

Ryan Santiago, Senior Staffing Manager


Ryan is our Senior Staffing Manager who brings a lot of personal and professional experience including office and operations management as well technical support analysis – in addition to his warm and friendly demeanor, he is responsible for identifying CAREGivers and matching them with our Clients. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, being a “foodie”, ballroom and Philippine Folk dancing, watching Thai drama shows “Lakorns”, traveling around the world and eating life.


Rebecca Herrera, Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

Rebecca Herrera, Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

Rebecca has a strong foundation in the medical field, with her career starting in early 2000. She has held a verity of certifications and worked utilizing her credentials including Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistance, Licensed Vocational nurse, and a Caregiver trainer and instructor. As a nurse, she has worked in diverse care settings including Hospice organizations, Skilling Nursing facilities as Head Nurse, and worked as a Wellness Nurse in an Assisted Living facility. Rebecca's true passion is training caregivers to provide the highest quality of life to their clients, while empowering them to be compassionate and professional. She loves to help her community by enabling the best quality care to be provided to seniors and making a difference in their lives every day. She enjoys spending quality time with her family by spending time outdoors and being active.



George Beckstead, Executive Coach

George Beckstead, Executive Coach

​George has been with Home Instead for the past year and nine months. George formerly taught at the community college level and holds a Master’s degree in physical education. After his teaching career he served as a member of the international gymnastics federation for USA gymnastics. Since moving to San Francisco twelve years ago he began a career in Executive and career coaching. George enjoys working with the staff at Home Instead and assisting his team with client care management.  George is motivated to help clients have a positive experience and support with Home Instead senior care.             


Maria Gallardo, Office Manager

Maria Gallardo, Office Manager

Maria is our Administrative Assistant who brings an excellent administrative skill set to us, you could say she is the jack of all traits. When you call our office most likely you will be greeted by Maria. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, drawing and listening to music.
