Susan Anastasio, Director of Business Development

Susan has been active in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, working closely with physicians, case managers, social workers, fiduciaries, and other healthcare professionals ensuring excellent communication and coordination of client needs. She served on the Membership Committee of CMSA San Francisco/East Bay Chapter for two years.



Gloria Vo, Director of Client Experience

Gloria Vo, Director of Client Experience

Gloria Vo is the Director of Client Experience at Home Instead Senior Care in San Francisco, a non-medical care agency providing professional and compassionate care to seniors and people living with disabilities in their own homes, in  facilities and in hospitals. She began her career at Home Instead San Francisco as a Staffing Coordinator and Care Manager before transitioning into her current role as Director of Client Experience.
Her healthcare experience began two decades ago in the dental industry. She collaborated with dental schools and dentists to prepare fourth year dental students for private practice. In addition to her dental consulting job, she managed a boutique dental practice in downtown San Francisco for 15 years. After retiring from dentistry, she pursued her passion in Geriatric Care at Home Instead San Francisco. She performs bedside assessments and works closely with social workers and case managers to develop an appropriate Plan of Care for clients before they are discharged. Her clinical and administrative experience allows her to be an instrumental resource for her clients and their families.


Dana Turner, Client Care Coordinator

Dana Turner, Client Care Coordinator

Dana has worked in the field of aging for more than 15 years. Equipped with her master's degree in gerontology, Dana is able to identify the particular issues that arise with an aging population and offer support to our clients. With a sensitivity to these topics, Dana is able to work with our CAREGiving team to bring a greater understanding of client needs. She also works closely with family members to ensure quality of care and peace of mind in their decision to use home care. Dana enjoys working with a collaborative team dedicated to improving the lives of seniors. In her spare time, Dana likes to spend time with her family and enjoys being outside.​​

Bethany McGuire, Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator

Bethany McGuire, Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator

Bethany McGuire is a graduate of Miami University in Ohio. She has over 15 years experience working with older adults in various settings including hospice, senior living and home care. Her focus is recruiting and training quality CAREGivers to serve our clients. She works closely with our Care Managers and Schedulers to foster a positive relationship between the clients and CAREGivers.


George Beckstead, Care Manager

George Beckstead, Care Manager

George has been with Home Instead for the past year and nine months. George formerly taught at the community college level and holds a Master’s degree in physical education. After his teaching career he served as a member of the international gymnastics federation for USA gymnastics. Since moving to San Francisco twelve years ago he began a career in Executive and career coaching. George enjoys working with the staff at Home Instead and assisting his team with client care management.  George is motivated to help clients have a positive experience and support with Home Instead senior care.             

Alessandra Billante, Care Manager

Alessandra Billante, Care Manager

Alessandra brings her years of account executive experience launching creative campaigns for consumer, medical device and diagnostic companies to her role at Home Instead. Previously, Alessandra worked as an educator of young children and brings her compassion and empathic nature to her work with seniors. She graduated with her Masters in Education from San Francisco State University.


Ryan Santiago, Senior Staffing Manager

Ryan Santiago, Senior Staffing Manager


Ryan is our Senior Staffing Manager who brings a lot of personal and professional experience including office and operations management as well technical support analysis – in addition to his warm and friendly demeanor, he is responsible for identifying CAREGivers and matching them with our Clients. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, being a “foodie”, ballroom and Philippine Folk dancing, watching Thai drama shows “Lakorns”, traveling around the world and eating life.


Maria Gallardo, Office Coordinator

Maria Gallardo, Office Coordinator

Maria is our Administrative Assistant who brings an excellent administrative skill set to us, you could say she is the jack of all traits. When you call our office most likely you will be greeted by Maria. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, drawing and listening to music.
