Jill Bowers,  Director of Operations

Jill discovered her passion for home care in 2007 while attending San Francisco State University, when she was offered the opportunity to work as a one-on-one live-in caregiver, for her elderly family friend. She provided in-home care and support to her client, while simultaneously earning a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree with an emphasis in Art History in 2009.  In 2013, Jill joined the administrative side of home care and quickly displayed great leadership potential, becoming an essential part of management and earned a promotion as Operations Manager in 2015. Jill joined Home Instead in January of 2018 as Director of Operations. Jill understands the home care industry well and supports her team in all facets. Jill brings a great “can-do” attitude and an innate desire to help her team, CAREGivers, the seniors and families we serve. She loves living in in San Francisco and enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her dogs.

Haley Headshot

Haley Fanfelle R.N.,  Training Coordinator

Nurse Haley’s passion for the geriatric population and education stems back to 2015 when she began working as a caregiver.  Eager to learn more skills and advance scope in care, Haley became a CNA and continued to work in a variety of healthcare settings with San Francisco seniors including home health, hospitals, and skilled nursing facilities. Currently, she continues to work with the elderly population as an RN and is working on her Masters of Science in Nursing specializing as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at UCSF with a minor in education. Ultimately, her goal is to manage care for and research in Dementia and Dementia related disorders to improve the mental health outcomes of our seniors while simultaneously teaching the next generation of caregivers/nurses who will serve this community. Both her approach to nursing and approach to education is founded on two simple rules: 1. Treat every patient like family and 2. Leave people better than you found them.
