Experience preferred but not required: Will accept previous Caregiving/HHA/CNA/LPN/RN (with or without licenses/certifications)

The Client Care Coordinator/CCC is expected to perform a variety of duties that relate to client care including service inquiries, care consultations with potential clients and family members, client/CAREGiverSM introductions, and quality assurance visits with existing clients. The CCC will use the consultative sales approach to determine each individual client’s needs to provide solutions and create a tailored service plan. The CCC will continuously evaluate the care plan through a series of ongoing communications and visits to ensure high-quality care, client satisfaction, and retention as well as opportunities to increase service hours.
The Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties for the recruitment of CAREGiversSM. The Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator is expected to recruit, screen, hire, train, and engage a staff of CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.
