As the Director of Human Resources, Margaret helps to ensure that Home Instead hires qualified and compassionate CAREGivers to assist our clients with their daily needs. Margaret grew up and raised her family in Montgomery County. In her spare time, she loves reading, crafts, and spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
Tabytha wears many hats around the office--she processes billing and payroll, provides office tech support, and ensures that all aspects of Home Instead are always in compliance. Tabytha started with Home Instead as a CAREgiver in 2014; her hard work, intelligence, and can-do attitude led to well-deserved promotions, and she is now an invaluable part of the administrative team. She is mom to 3 kids (and one fur baby!) and loves to read, write, and paint watercolors.
Debbie is responsible for selecting and making a great and appropriate match when scheduling CAREGivers with new or existing clients. Debbie has been with HISC since 2017. She lives in Washington, DC with her husband and enjoys spending time with her family and her church community family. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, baking, and traveling.
