"I am continually struck by the professionalism, high level of caring and exemplary caregivers that I have met from Home Instead. My mom couldn't live without them, and neither could I.

She spends her free time with family and friends and enjoys reading, movies, and traveling.
Beth manages our Client Services Department and is the primary contact with clients and their families. Beth gets tremendous satisfaction from helping people remain in their homes in their golden years and is personally committed to Home Instead as a result of taking care of her beloved father for four years. She has lived in Montgomery County all her life and enjoys reading, going to the beach, and spending time with her family and Yorkshire Terrier!
Diana selects appropriate CAREGivers, based on their skills and personality, to work with clients. Diana works her magic to find a suitable replacement—even in last-minute emergency situations. She has been with HISC for more than seven years and takes a lot of pride in her "matchmaking." Diana is originally from the DC area and spent part of her youth in New York. She enjoys spending time with family, practicing yoga, art, sports, and traveling.
As a Client Care Specialist, Mary Anne conducts initial consultations with families interested in Home Instead services, as well as on-going quality assurance visits to clients. She has a background in social work and worked as a special education teacher in the area for many years. Mary Anne grew up in Silver Spring, where she still lives with her husband, two teenaged children, and one very spoiled shih tzu. She is a big fan of Gothic novels, Belgian chocolates, and the Nationals baseball team.
Mary Beth develops and strengthens our professional relationships in the community. While she is new to the senior world, she supported her beloved grandmother through her transitions in senior living. She loves spending time with her husband and three daughters, although two are away in college most of the year. She likes to travel, her favorite destinations being the beach and Chicago, where she and her husband lived for several years. In her spare time, she reads, gardens, watches movies, and plays with her two-year-old dog, Sammi.
Karen joins our team with a diverse clinical background and a special interest in geriatric nursing. In her free time, Karen enjoys spending time with her four children and six grandchildren. She is an avid sports fan and loves to watch her favorite teams, the Baltimore Ravens and the Chicago Bulls.
Paula brings with her many years of clinical experience. She has a
background in Public Health as well as Hospice nursing. Paula conducts
initial and ongoing client assessments, and develops individualized
plans of care. She enjoys spending
time with her children and grandchildren, attending Washington
Nationals Baseball games, and flying in her friend's 2 seater airplane.
