That's why our team stands ready to serve you any day of the week, at any hour of the day or night. ​Chico purchased the Santa Fe and Los Alamos Home Instead franchise in May 2011.  Prior to becoming the Franchise Owner, Chico held a number of positions at Home Instead including Human Resource Manager and Community Service Representative.  Chico loves hearing about our clients and the many interesting things they’ve seen and done throughout their lives.  He values the opportunity to help keep seniors in their home as they grow older.

Before working for Home Instead Senior Care, Chico was Accounts Manager for the largest privately held healthcare company in the U.S. 
 
Chico earned a bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis on Marketing from the University of New Mexico. 
 
When not at work, Chico and his wife, Debbie, enjoy spending time with their family.

Paula Cordova, Staffing Coordinator & HR Assistant

​Paula started with Home Instead Senior Care in June of 2014 as a Staffing Coordinator & HR Assistant. Prior to working with Home Instead Senior Care, Paula worked part-time at a Charter School in Santa Fe. Paula also has a background in Banking. She was employed with a local bank for 13 years. She has experience in Management and Customer Service. Paula enjoys working with others and helping out when needed. Paula is married and has three beautiful daughters who keep her busy with basketball and cheerleading. Paula volunteers as a Cheerleading Coach for her youngest daughter’s school and is active with school activities. 


Eva Olguin, Staffing Coordinator

Eva started with the Home Instead Senior Care in February of 2016 as a CAREgiver. Later she became one of our Lead CAREgivers in August 2017.  As of January 2018 she started working part-time in the office as the Staff Coordinator.  Prior to working with Home Instead Senior Care she spent time volunteering with ministries in Albuquerque, New Mexico and worked with the Santa Fe government and private law firms.

Eva loves to help people. She believes in taking care of someone in the same way that she would want to be taken care of.  She loves to spend time with her husband and her two daughters Shanice and Julianna. She also enjoys listening to music and dancing.   



Jennifer Garcia, Quality Assurance Manager

Jennifer Garcia, Quality Assurance Manager
Jennifer started with Home Instead Senior Care in February 2008 and is responsible for our office's care consultation and quality assurance home visits. Initially, Jennifer began her career as a mental health therapist for foster children in New Jersey.   When she moved back to New Mexico in 2005, she decided to make a change and moved on to become the Director of Adult Day Services at the Betty Ehart Senior Center in Los Alamos.

A native of Los Alamos, NM, Jennifer has a two bachelor's degrees and a master's degree in counseling from Montclair State University.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her long-time partner, Lorenzo.  She enjoys live music, good food and being with family and friends.​

Kristi Lopez, Human Resource Manager

​Kristi started with Home Instead in November 2011.  As the HR Manager, Kristi is responsible for conducting orientation and trainings, managing CAREGiver files, preparing CAREGiver payroll and client invoices, among other Human Resource-type duties.  Kristi has worked in different administrative professions over the past 10 years.  Kristi also occasionally helps with the different IT problems that pop up in the office.

Kristi is married and has 4 wonderful children.  She and her family enjoy vacationing to Disneyland and spending time together.  Her family also has a miniature schnauzer named Walt (after Walt Disney, of course!).


Ken Hendricks, Community Service Representative

Ken Hendricks, Community Service Representative

Ken has worked for Home Instead Senior Care since November 2011. In his role as Community Service Representative, he works with a variety of local organizations that serve seniors. Whether it’s taking his guitar to sing nostalgic tunes for local seniors at the community senior center or working with the Alzheimer's Association to raise awareness and fight for a cure, Ken truly enjoys living out Home Instead's mission seeking to enhance the lives of seniors and their families.  

Ken and his lovely wife Krystal have two beautiful daughters, Maylene and Lacie. He enjoys spending time with his family, attending concerts, road trips, and in the midst of it all doing all he can to get the most out of life's many joys.


Evelyn Pickett, Administrative Assistant

Evelyn Pickett, Administrative Assistant

​Evelyn originally started with Home Instead in February 2002 as a CAREGiver. Evelyn has worked internally off and on for last few years, and most recently as our office administrator. She truly enjoys working with our clients and CAREGivers and understands the importance of positive care relationships.

Her background is in human services and education. Evelyn has spent most of her life in Montana.

Mollie Moreno, Staffing Manager

Mollie Moreno, Staffing Manager

Mollie has been with Home Instead Senior Care since August 2013. As a staffing manager, she loves trying to find the perfect caregiver for our clients. Mollie has an extensive background in retail management prior to her career at Home Instead.    Mollie enjoys meeting new people and does her best to provide the best customer service possible. She is blessed to work with some amazing people for the last five years. 
 
When Mollie is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her college sweetheart and husband of 24 years, Steve. Steve and Mollie have two wonderful kids, Aidan and Lylah.  Mollie enjoys spending time with her family during her time off. Both of her children are very involved with extracurricular activities, and Mollie loves to spend her weekends watching them “do their thing”. To unwind from a busy day at work, Mollie enjoys cooking and baking for her family. Mollie was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico and she attended 4 years at UNM. Mollie is looking forward to many years to come as a Home Instead Senior Care Staffing Manager.
