Human Resource Administrative Assistant
Home Instead Senior Care is a recognized leader in providing quality home care to seniors. Our fast-pace, busy Daytona office seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist to perform a variety of office duties including; answering the phones, welcoming visitors, mailings, filing, data entry and assisting with the hiring process to include scheduling interviews, checking references and preparing new hire files. Will also be responsible for compliance administration and assist with retention and recognition efforts, and other administrative duties and special projects as required. Must be friendly, professional and create a positive first impression. Position requires the ability to work under pressure, be highly organized and able to multi-task, along with strong computer skills. 1-2 years related experience is highly desirable.
All job offers are contingent upon successfully passing a Level 2 criminal background check, motor vehicle check and 10 panel drug screen. Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
