Ken has a diverse background in sales and management. He came to Home Instead with a skilled medical home health and hospice background. He has a passion for helping seniors and serves on the board of directors for the Professional Network on Aging in Memphis as well as the Case Manager's Society of America, Memphis Chapter. Ken believes that often times a smile and an encouraging word is enough to brighten the day of a senior who is struggling with health or other personal issues. His goal for Home Instead is to be known as the local resource for senior care and has lofty goals as he leads a great company into a realm of healthcare changes.
Melissa comes to Home Instead originally as the Director of Client Services for our North Mississippi franchise. Her hard work and dedication to the clients, caregivers and office staff has helped her to attain her role as the Director of Operations for both the Memphis Franchise and North Mississippi Franchise. In her role she strives to provide leadership to all employees and lead our team to success in providing quality care to the elderly community and their families.
Andrew brings years of knowledge and experience in the healthcare field to Home Instead. He uses this to make solid relationships in our community for our Memphis and North Mississippi offices. His goal is make a lasting impression on the referrals in the community and show them not only the quality of care that we can bring to their clients but to show them the support Home Instead can bring to them as well.
Amanda started with Home Instead in 2010 as the Administrative Assistant. Her versatile and innovative skills have helped her grow to her current role as the Director of Financial services. Amanda provides support for both our Memphis and North Mississippi offices and manages the financial needs of clients, caregivers and office staff. Her goal is to support her team in whatever way needed to help Home Instead be the first choice for our community!
Angela comes to Home Instead from a 10 year Customer Service and Retail Management background. She is also a personal caregiver to her mother and knows first hand the compassion and commitment needed to ensure our clients get the best possible care in a comfortable environment. Angela strives every day to meet the needs of our clients, caregivers and staff.
Willa came to us with years of client care support in the home health and hospice environment. She has a professional flair for enhancing relationships with compassion and integrity and uses this ability to support our team while continuing to improve staffing so seniors can live independent lives in their own home.
Kelly brings many years of staffing experience to Home Instead and is a great asset to our company. As Staffing Coordinator, Kelly's focus is on organizing and scheduling caregivers to ensure that each client is fully staffed with the best possible caregiver. Kelly's main goal is to ensure that the company's staffing requirements are met and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment.
