Home Instead is delighted to add a wonderful CareGiver to
our August 2018 roster. Agnes M. has been providing services to Home
Instead clients for over a year. Agnes is originally from Hungary, and has been
in the US for 15 years. She is married, has one son, and enjoys time with her
family camping, and riding their ATV’s. ( Be careful Agnes!) She loves her work
because she feels she makes a difference helping her clients, and wants to
bring joy and happiness to them as well as quality care. One of her
clients describes Agnes as an “encourager, always helping me look for the best
in my day.” Home Instead is proud of Agnes, and wants to recognize and
encourage her. Thank you Agnes!
The summer officially starts in June, and we have a new
shining star to add our roster of 2018 CareGivers! Please welcome Erica as our
COM for June. Erica has been with Home Instead for almost 7 months, and says
she’s glad to work for a Christian based company that cares about their
clients, and their CareGivers. She is a busy mother of 7,( mostly young
adults,) but still has 2 teenagers at home. Family time, and time with her 4
grands is her favorite pastime, but she also finds time to enjoy live
jazz, shoot pool, and cheer on the Atlanta Falcons. Erica has garnered praise
from many clients, and they always ask if “she’s coming back!” Thank you
Erica for being an outstanding HISC CareGiver. Congrats!
Welcome to Springtime in Florida! Sunny days, beautiful
temperatures, and a happy, bright Caregiver of the Month for April- Evies M!
Evies enjoys family time with her 13 month old little girl, and spending “girl”
days with her Mom and daughter. Evies says giving one-on-one attention to her
clients is very important and rewarding. She is enthusiastic and full of
energy, and her clients appreciate that aspect of her personality. Evies also
loves her 2 dogs, Daisy and Papa. Thank you Evies for being a great Caregiver,

started at Home Instead in August of 2017. Since her first day, she has
exemplified what a truly outstanding caregiver looks like. She has a heart of
gold and a soft touch. She has taken on some of our most challenging cases with
ease. Mona, congratulations on caregiver of the month. You are an amazing wife
and mother, an asset to Home Instead and one of the many reasons we all do what
our final COM for 2017, we have a true Christmas angel to
recognize. Helen P. has been with Home Instead since April 2017, and
originally is from Venezuela. She has 2 adult children, and 2
grandchildren, Alexander and Victoria. Helen feels she is drawn to her
vocation of caring for her clients as she was unable to provide care for her
own family she left behind in Venezuela. Her clients all praise her
giving spirit, and one of her current clients shared that Helen went over and
above by decorating her home for Christmas “for the first time in many
years.” We are proud to welcome Helen to the roster of exceptional Home
Instead CAREGivers. Merry Christmas Helen, and great job!

Chris feels God has sent him to be a blessing to others, and got his start
caring for seniors when he was able to be a caregiver to his parents and wife
before they passed. Seeing a client smile is very heartwarming to him.
Chris is a music lover, plays drums, has 2 grown children and 7 grands, and 2
great grands! Chris has a quiet, friendly demeanor, and is well-liked by staff
and clients. Thank you Chris, for your caring heart, and for being part of the
Home Instead family. Congrats!
Our May CG of the Month is a true flower in our garden of
CG’s. Please welcome Donna S. to the COM family! Donna has worked
for Home Instead for the past 8 months. When she’s not assisting her clients,
she enjoys spending time at the beach, or going down the Alafia River in her
canoe. She has 2 children, and 4 grandchildren, and loves being a
Grandmom. She feels she is making a difference in the lives of her senior
clients, and has been described by them “as a member of the family.”

Our April CareGiver of the Month is a ray of sunshine to her
clients- Joan H.! Joan has been with Home Instead for almost 2 years-she is a
woman of faith and feels it’s her calling to “help people.” Joan frequently
goes over and above to provide care to her clients, and they often express
their appreciation and love for her. She has 2 adult children, and in her off
duty hours likes to read and do crossword puzzles. We are proud to recognize
Joan as our CG of the Month- congrats Joan!
It’s time for March Madness but we’re calling it March
Sweetness in honor of our CAREGiver of the Month, Frida!
Frida has been with Home Instead for the past year, and
originally hails from the Dominican Republic. She has been in the US for the
past 20 years and has 3 children, ages 26, 19 and 8. Frida likes to travel, and
her next planned trip is to Mexico. Frida embraced her love of Caregiving when
she cared for her own mother, and has been praised by clients and families
alike for her kind demeanor, and sweet smile. Frida tells us , “ I love my

February is the sweetest month, and we certainly have the
right CareGiver to be recognized this month- Marleny T. Marleny has
been with Home Instead since 2015, and has consistently accepted the challenge
of working with memory impaired, and dementia clients. She is originally from
Columbia, and raised her children here in the US. Marleny feels she was called
to work with elderly folks, and prays before each shift for guidance and
direction to help her clients. She has a sweet demeanor and soft accent that

relatively new CareGiver of the Month for January, Sandra A. Sandra has
been with Home Instead since July of 2016, and was chosen to be our COM due in
part to her enthusiasm, and willingness to work. She is well liked by
staff as well as her varied clients. Good job, Sandra!
We are ending 2016 with a wonderful newcomer to the Home
Instead family – Adriana is our CareGiver of the Month for December! Adriana
has been with HISC for only 3 months, but was chosen due her willingness to
accept shifts, and the high praise she is receiving from her clients. She
is a native of Columbia, and has been a CNA for approximately 6 years. She
enjoys spending time with her family, has a 16 year old son, and likes to play
ping pong, travel, bowl, and likes to cook. Thank you Adriana for being part of
the Home Instead team. Merry Christmas!
As we enter into this season of Thanksgiving, we
are so pleased to nominate a very special caregiver for COM for November- Fay
B! Fay has been a dedicated Home Instead for over 5 years, and is well-liked by
her clients and families. She not only provides wonderful care to her clients,
but one family also shares how much they appreciate her care of their
pets! We love our Fay, and celebrate this honor she so richly deserves.
October has arrived with a mighty wind… not Hurricane Matthew,
but our Caregiver of the Month, Nehemi! Nehemi has been a CG for almost a
year with Home Instead, and has helped provide care for a variety of clients.
She has always been praised for her attention and caring by her clients,
and her willingness to go the extra mile. She describes herself as quiet and
shy, but we see a loud and mighty heart! She loves the color purple, and wears
her Home Instead colors proudly. Thank you Nehemi, for being as asset to the
Home Instead team.
Home Instead is so happy to welcome CareGiver Mendi as our CareGiver of the Month for September! This honor is long overdue for Mendi, as she has been a dedicated and faithful employee for almost 10 years! She is a busy mom to 2 sons and 1 daughter, as well as her four-legged "kids", Scooby, Candy and Scrappy. She enjoys the beach, spending time with her family, and likes to cross stitch. Her clients praise her easy going attitude, and welcome her sweet smiles. , Mrs. H., a current client, says it all-"we just love her!". Thank you Mendi- we love you too!
It’s August, and definitely beach weather-
perfect for our CareGiver of the Month, Maggie S. Maggie loves the beach, and
plans to spend her upcoming 34th wedding anniversary celebrating on St. Pete Beach. She likes to cook, and work in her flower garden when she’s not
happily providing care for her HISC clients. Maggie keeps a close eye on her
clients, and they appreciate her care and attentiveness. Maggie is a mom to 5
children, and a grandmother too! Thank you Maggie for being a great

Home Instead is delighted to welcome CG Carmelle to our
wonderful group of CareGivers of the Month, for the month of July, 2016. Carmelle
is a very special lady, with a sweet, quiet demeanor, outstanding work ethic,
and well-liked by staff and clients alike. In addition to her role as a
CareGiver, Carmelle is a busy mom, and currently is finishing her AA degree in
Nursing. She enjoys reading, and hiking in regional State Parks. We’re not sure
when she finds time for any outside activities with her busy schedule, but
she’s always ready and willing to provide outstanding care to her clients.

We are halfway thru the year for 2016, and are happy to
announce our June CareGIver of the Month- Cindy M. Cindy has been with
the Brandon office over 7 years, and is delighted to be selected as this
month’s recipient. She enjoys mosaic pottery work, playing with her 2 dogs, and
also works part-time as a Realtor. Her clients love her, and she is well known
for her southern culinary skills. We are proud to have Cindy recognized
as our June COM.
We have a new flower to add to our garden of
CareGivers! HISC is pleased to welcome CG Tylise as our CareGiver of the
Month for May. Tylise represents the best qualities of Home Instead CG’s. Her
calm, soothing voice, in addition to a pleasant demeanor, make her a perfect
fit for her elderly clients, especially her Alzheimer’s clients. Family members
praise her care, her concern, and competency. Tylise has recently decided to
take up fishing, and states she will not give up until she “ hooks the big
one!” We hope you catch one soon! Thank you Tylise, for being a great CG.
April is the start of Spring, and we have the perfect CareGiver
for this month. Say hello to Ferbelia, one of Home Instead’s happiest
CareGivers! Ferbelia has been with the company for over a year, and walks in
with a smile and great attitude to her clients every single day. Her
clients all praise her for her work ethic, and sweet spirit. She is the Mom to
4 children ranging in age from 26 to 15, likes movies and shopping, and sings
in her church choir. We are proud to welcome her to this elite group.
Home Instead happily recognizes Tameka as our CareGiver of the
Month for March! Tameka has shown herself to be dependable, outgoing, and
very well-liked by her clients. She enjoys her family, and is a great
crocheter- even making a current client a beautiful quilt for Christmas- in her
favorite colors! We are proud to have Tameka as a CareGiver for HISC.
We are so happy to announce our February CareGiver of the
Month! We think it’s appropriate that our very own Zebe is this month’s CG, as
she fits the criteria as a true sweetheart to her Alzheimer’s client, and a
much appreciated asset in our Brandon office during this month of love. Zebe
has been with Home Instead for over 2 years, and is our in-office
Administrative Assistant. She has 2 children, and loves spending time with her
son at his soccer games, and shopping with her newly married adult daughter.
She is always ready to “Share her Heart”. Congrats Zebes!
We are starting off 2016 with the January CG of the Month- Janet N! Janet has worked for Home Instead in more than one locale, and has provided wonderful care to her clients, keeping one Alzheimer's client happy at home for almost 3 years. Janet enjoys her job, and takes pride in providing the best care possible. We are proud to start the year off with such an exceptional CareGiver as Janet. Congrats Janet! Keep up the good work!
It is the final month of 2015, and last but not least,
Shaquilla T. has been chosen as our CG of the Month! Shaquilla is an HHA, and
has been a CareGiver for Home Instead for over 18 months. She's one of our very
quiet CG's, but goes about her work with
diligence and determination. Her clients praise her for her sweet spirit, and
going the extra mile. Shaquilla is a Mom, friend, and daughter, and Home
Instead considers her an asset to our team. Thank you Shaquilla!

Donesha K. to our roster of wonderful CareGivers. She has been selected as
the CG of the Month for November! Donesha has been a CG for one of our
early Alzheimer’s clients for over a year- she has been steadfast in providing
excellent care, and stimulating activities to keep her client active and
engaged .She participated in the Art for Alzheimer’s with her client, and
continues to encourage her client’s newfound love of painting with watercolors.
They are trying to grow zucchini’s on the back

Kimberly W. is our CareGiver of the month for July. Her clients describe her as kind, understanding and always greets them with a smile. Kim has been with Home Instead since March of 2015, and we appreciate her care, her ability to “think outside the box” and dedication she brings to her clients. Keep up the good work, Kimberly!
