Meet Our Team

Dave came to Home Instead after a career in multiple service industries that had him and his family relocate to various locations in the country. He always desired to settle in Florida because of the beautiful beaches and warm weather. A ten year veteran of the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserve, Dave comes from a family full of military service. Both of his parents as well as both brothers and uncle proudly served this great country.
Dave and his wife April now live in Dade City, along with his 91 year-old mother who he cares for. He has six children and seven grandchildren that live from the east coast to west coast. He is very active in his church and loves to travel and spend time with his grandchildren. Dave has a love for baseball and enjoys the relaxing environment of the game.
Home Instead has been instrumental in allowing Dave and his wife to care for his mother. Serving and caring for others has always been a part of his life from the great example of his mother.

Kim launched her career with Home Instead in May of 2018 working at our East Pasco Florida office in Zephyrhills. Kim served in a myriad of roles there, where she gained experience in every aspect of the business. Kim relocated to our Tampa office as General Manager in May of 2023. Kim says she is so grateful for this opportunity at Home Instead and enjoys working for a company that values caring for and serving others. She relates that being in a position to manage an amazing office staff and team of Care Professionals that serve our community is quite rewarding. Kim is a New Jersey native and relocated to Florida in 1997 where she is happily married with 4 boys and 2 rescue dogs. She also has the privilege of having her Mom live with her and cherishes the time she gets to spend with her. In her spare time, Kim likes to spend time with her family and friends, attend her son's football games, travel, visit the beach, and take long walks with her husband and dogs.

Jennifer joined Home Instead in December of 2022. She has been in the medical field for over 20 years, and has been a Registered Nurse for 16 years. Her nursing experience brings years of working in critical care, hospice and palliative care . She has a passion for patient advocacy and ensuring high standards are met giving quality care. On her off time she enjoys spending time with her husband, twin boys and the many animals she has on their small farm in Dade City .

Jacqueline joined the Home Instead team in February of 2024. She was born and raised in Tampa Florida by her Cuban parents. Jacqueline has over 4 years of experience in the Home Care industry. With a passion for improving the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, Jacqueline has dedicated her career to providing expert guidance and support to families, navigating the complexities of home care options. After she was diagnosed with Lupus, she became even more inspired to help individuals in need. Dealing with a chronic illness cultivated even more empathy and compassion for others facing health challenges. She holds a bachelor's degree in health sciences from the University of South Florida and plans to continue her education to make an even bigger impact on our community. Outside of work, Jacqueline enjoys spending time with her partner, family, and friends, traveling and dancing. She is grateful to be a part of a team of individuals who genuinely care about the lives of their clients.

Geena started working for Home Instead in June of 2023. She first began working for a Home Health Agency at the peak of COVID, and throughout her time found passion with helping local Care Professionals find work in the field they love. She has been blessed to still have 6 of her grandparents in her life. Seeing the struggles they face, Geena has been able to see what our clients need and what types of caregivers will make their experience great. She absolutely loves getting to know everyone who walks through our office and hearing their stories. Some fun facts about Geena, She has a beautiful partner and handsome little boy. Geena moved to Tampa in 2022 and has truly loved every moment of this new journey. She is also in college for IT Project Management and has a passion for reading. She is grateful to get to work with a great company and even greater staff and looks forward to coming in each day and doing what she loves.

With 13 years of experience as a CNA, Maribell has honed her skills and dedication to caregiving. Transitioning to the role of Service Coordinator at Home Instead last year was a natural progression for her. Starting in the caregiving field, she now works in the office, offering support and strength to both our clients and Care Professionals. Her journey in the healthcare industry has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by both the care recipients and providers. She takes pride in using her knowledge and compassion to ensure that everyone involved receives the best possible care and support. By leveraging her knowledge and skills to coordinate and empower teams of dedicated Care Professionals, her aim is creating solace and support for those in need. Striving to make a positive impact every day in the home, Maribell is committed to harmonizing and delivering excellent adult care provided by experienced Care Professionals.
