Jim is a long time resident of the St. Louis area, where he and his wife Judy reared their three children. After graduating from the University of MIssouri - Columbia, he embarked on a successful career in business and education. Jim and Judy became Home Instead Franchise Owners in 2005 after thoroughly checking out the quality of service and training provided by Home Instead. Since then Jim and Judy have dedicated their time to ensuring that the highest level quality of care is provided for our families and their loved ones. The Griffiths truly believe in the mission of Home Instead Senior Care, "to us, it's personal".
Shontea has been with Home Instead Senior Care since February 2016. Her outgoing personality and attention to detail enables her to attend to the needs of our families and caregivers while assisting all of the staff. Shontea devotes her time to handling invoicing and answering any inquiries she receives from our families, while keeping the office organized and running smoothly.
Christina has a degree from Lindenwood University in Business Administration with Emphasis in Gerontology. She is prepared to handle all aspects of senior challenges. Her presentations to groups and individuals deal with their needs and how our services can benefit the whole family. Christina works closely with social workers, case managers, and families, so their loved ones get the care and compassion they desire and deserve.
