Melissa Reyes is a CNA with 20 plus years working in the Health Care Industry. Her passion to care for others was something she was born with. She has assisted in being a care provider since the age of 12 with family and friends. She knew that she would work in the Health Care Industry when her grandmother went to live with her and her family after she suffered a massive heart attack and triple heart bypass. She noticed her grandmothers care team was so compassionate of the care provided to her, she then knew she wanted to become a caregiver and provide care for others. Her first job was at an Assisted Living facility, and she loved the experience and growth that it has provided her through the years. She now works as the Recruiter and Human Resources Coordinator and enjoys sharing the experience she has gained with the caregivers on her team with Diligence, Integrity, and Respect.
