I urgently needed care coverage for my sister in law at the beginning of a bank holiday weekend. I contacted several
companies but Diana and her team at Home Instead were the only ones that responded right away. Diana and her team
worked late on a holiday weekend and put together a plan to give full coverage for the holiday and the following week
starting with the very next day. The Home Instead care givers were all conscientious and diligent and my sister in law
enjoyed their company. I highly recommend Diana and the Home Instead team!

Given the difficulties of care taking and elderly patient, my family's burden was eased greatly due to the services
provided by Home Instead. The care takers are extremely caring and treated my mom with kindness and gentleness.

Home Instead has met my needs every time I have called upon them. Several weeks prior to my surgery in 2022, they sent a wonderful aide who helped me manage my severe pain by keeping my household together. Since surgery and during recovery Home Instead sent very competent, helpful, and pleasant aides. Their business office was a pleasure to work with. I heartily reccomend Home Instead for great home health aides.

I chose Home Instead after interviewing a few agencies to find homecare services for my 75 year old mother, who has advanced Parkinsons with dementia--and I'm very pleased with my choice. I have found Home Instead to be very responsive, quick with problem-solving and scheduling and extremely accommodating with my changing schedule. Wenny has been a blessing for my parents. She takes Mom shopping, out to eat, to visit various parks and sites around Rockville. She is gentle, kind, and very professional. She also knows how to handle my dad, who can occasionally be difficult to work with. Our 87 year old father fractured his hip in June and had multiple complications resulting in a hospital stay of five weeks. A good friend advised we hire Home Instead when he was released to a rehab facility. It was the best decision ever. The caregivers are wonderful and have been instrumental in our father’s rehab and recovery. They give us peace of mind as well as provide feedback on the care he is receiving at the facility. I highly recommend using Home Instead for anyone who has a loved one in a facility to ensure that they are receiving proper care.
