Jennifer Bassett - President of Operations

Jennifer Bassett is co-owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village, and Benton, AR. Jennifer also works as President of Operations for Home Instead Senior Care in Little Rock and Searcy, AR. Jennifer serves as a contributing member of the Home Care Association of America and is on the Board of Directors for the local Home Care Association of Arkansas. Originally from Omaha, Ne, Jennifer moved to Hot Springs Village in May 2017 to pursue her passion of owning her own business while serving a mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families. Jennifer works to educate professionals, families, and communities on issues older adults face. She has a special passion for helping families navigate the challenges of dementia caregiving and connecting them with valuable resources. Jennifer is a local resident of Hot Springs Village and is happily married with three children who attend Fountain Lake.

Austin Flittner - General Manager

Austin Flittner is the General Manager for the Home Instead Fayetteville office. Austin was born and raised in Evansville, IN where he also attended the University of Southern Indiana and majored in Biology. Austin’s background is in senior living facilities where he gained his passion for helping seniors at all levels of the aging process. In his free time, Austin enjoys traveling, hiking, food, music, and friends. Austin recently moved to Arkansas and is excited to enjoy all that The Natural State has to offer.
Tracy Dalton

Tracy Dalton - Support Director of Operations

Originally from Indiana, Tracy went to Ball State University and earned her degree in Social Work. Her previous experience includes a Social Service Director for a long-term care company but was drawn to Home Instead by our values and standards. Outside of work Tracy enjoys listening to podcasts, spending time with her family and loving on her dog, cat and bearded dragon.
Autumn Vang Yang

Autumn Vang-Yang - Recruiting and Retention Coordinator

Autumn Vang-Yang was born and raised in St. Paul, MN where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Growing up, Autumn experienced firsthand the impact good care had on her older brother, who has a diagnosis of epilepsy. It was through this experience and many more that Autumn was inspired to pursue a career serving and educating people of all ages and backgrounds. Through her life Autumn has worked as a care provider, an educator, and an administrative assistant. She believes everyone, regardless of background, deserves the best care and love in the world. In her free time, Autumn enjoys nature walks and taking care of the family farm with her husband and six children.
Trish Darnell

Trish Darnell, RN

Latricia “Trish” Darnell, RN was born and raised in Siloam Springs. She graduated from Nursing school at U of A Fort Smith in 1986. Trish has always loved working with the elderly and through her different nursing positions in hospitals, clinics, home health, and home care she has been able to share her talents and improve the lives of seniors across NWA. As a registered Nurse, Trish works to make sure our clients here at Home Instead get the best care possible. Outside of work, Trish loves biking, her dog Wilma, and her three grandchildren.

Dani Ward, Corporate Trainer

Having been an advocate for the senior community for over 14 years, Dani brings passion and values to the fore front. She has provided care at many different levels and understands the importance of person-centered support. As Corporate Trainer she is excited about making a difference and continuing to build relationships in her community. She has been a resident of Benton her entire life and values the friendships she has built this far. She enjoys supporting her son, Jaquese, in his high school football career- GO PANTHERS! Lest we forget her fur baby "BoBo", who may indeed believe that he is human.  All in all, Dani is loving and goal oriented and is excited to provide Saline County with the upmost quality care- because "to us it's personal."


Hannah Melancon, Director of Service Coordination

Hannah Melancon started working at Home Instead in April 2020. Hannah holds the title of Director of Service Coordination. The main responsibilities of her position include overseeing daily operations to all our Service Coordinators to ensure all processes run smoothly, efficiently and in order. Hannah also oversees the care of current Medicaid and VA clients, assisting with new Medicaid and VA clients, and coordinating those schedules. Before she joined Home Instead, she was the Office Manager at Arkansas Home Care Assistance. Hannah was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas. When she is not working, her life is dedicated to her precious 8-year-old Paisley and her very well-loved animals Kitty, Sugar, and Luna. Hannah loves trail riding, traveling, watching movies, and crafts.
