Tiana is truly a client favorite! She shows up with a smile on her face and gives her whole heart while caring for her clients. Client's and their families know that they can trust and count on her. She also worked everyday but 2 days in April with no complaint! We are honored to have her as our Care of the Month for April!
March 2023 Care Pro of the Month: Jerry
Jerry has been an amazing, new addition to our Home Instead team. Jerry has worked with multiple clients and has gotten great feedback and has been requested to come back multiple times. He makes sure that all of his clients are cared for and truly gives his whole heart! We are grateful to have him as part of our Home Instead Family!

Shante has truly gone above and beyond for her clients and our team! Shante knows what her clients needs are before they even do! Not only does she care for her clients but helps care for other clients when needed as well. Congrats Shante!
Caregiver of the Month: Karen
Meet our Caregiver of the month! Karen has accomplished so much in a short amount of time. She's been able to generate so much value with clients who weren't certain they needed support before they had her. She initiates needs, provides encouragement, and helps those she serves get out of their comfort zone to do things they've been afraid to do. Karen is a dream of a Caregiver and we're lucky to have her!
Caregiver of the Month: Shotoya
Say hello to our Caregiver of the Month! Shotoya is an absolute workhorse and tackles day shifts, evening shifts, and overnights. She is the Ms. Pacman of caregiving hours. She is smart, highly skilled, personable, and fun! We are lucky to have her. Thanks, Shotoya!

Caregiver of the Month: Michele
Congrats to our Caregiver of the Month! Michele has helped her client make a huge recovery since fracturing her pelvis. Not only has she helped her physically, Michele has completely enhanced her clients life by getting her out to get her nails done, going shopping, and an occasional meal out while social distancing. Thank you, Michele! You have made such a significant difference!

A big round of applause to, Ariel, our Caregiver of the month! Ariel takes on any challenges that come her way with significant poise, is super communicative, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Her intense schedule and positive attitude have earned her this coveted award!
Caregiver of the Month: Nina
This woman right here is absolutely amazing! We are in awe of her at every interaction. She works 7am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday at one job and then takes on 4 shifts over the weekend. She'll even accept overnight shifts in the middle of the week. She worked every single day in January between both of her jobs. On her way to a shift on an early Sunday morning, she was in a collision totaling her car. Instead of sorting through what just happened first, she got a ride to her client's house to provide a brief change, comfort her, and get her up for the day. Selfless, amazing, inspiring. So blessed to have Nina serving Home Instead Senior Care clients!
Caregiver of the Month: Michele
We are proud to announce our Caregiver of the Month, Michele! Michele has gone above and beyond to move around things in her schedule to serve clients. She is always, specifically, requested and sometimes demanded. Once clients have Michele, they always want her! Thanks, Michele, for all you do for the seniors in our community.
