Franchise Owner & Client Care
Vickie has worked with seniors for over 10 years. Her passion for the population led her to opening Home Instead Albany in 2019, providing informed caregivers to those in need of assistance with staying as independent as possible in their current living environment. She is a self-proclaimed naturalist and fair-weather adventurer of the PNW enjoying hiking, kayaking, and traveling.

Services Coordinator
Michele has joined the Home Instead Team in 2020 and has 8 years experience as a Care Professional, and House Manager with Adult with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group homes. She has also worked with children with disabilities as well as play therapy groups. Now, being the Services Coordinator and working with clients and care professionals on their schedules, has been very rewarding. Finding that perfect match between client and care professional has been a goal so we have satisfied clients and care professionals who love what they do on a daily basis. The warmth and support I receive daily in our office, has been a true blessing. Best Team ever!
Micha
Recruitment & Retention Coordinator/Trainer
Micha has a background in working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. For the past ten years she's assisted in classrooms, day programs, respite and in home care as a professional caregiver. She's believes care professionals deserve the best supports and resources for mental wellness so they can strive to provide quality care to ageing adults. She handles the recruitment advertisements and maintenance of our social media sites which play into her love for creating. She loves thrifting, anything 90's nostalgia, and strawberry acai refreshers with light ice and no berries from Starbucks!
