Rose is such an outstanding caregiver she was requested by a second client in same building after being highly recommended by first client! Monica - July 2022 CAREGiver of the Month
Monica exhibits all the qualities of an exceptional CarePro with each of her clients. She puts her Dementia skills to work daily, is very attentive, and demonstrates good interpersonal skills. We recently received a call from her clients daughter saying how thankful she is that Monica takes time to listen to her father because he doesn’t open up to just anyone and now seems to be in a better place after meeting Monica. We are so lucky to have you, Monica!
Jalen - June 2022 CAREGiver of the Month
Since Jalen started, he hasn’t turned down one shift! He has hit the ground running and is willing to attend additional training so that he may provide the best care to our clients. The award is given to him because of his extra efforts and willingness to go above and beyond!
Carla - May 2022 CAREGiver of the Month
Carla has been part of our family for 3 ½ years and no one deserves this honor more than her. She does so much for her clients and is always going over and above for them and they love her! She has the biggest heart and shares it with her clients every day. Not only is she always on time and never calls off, she always helps out when asked and goes so many times at last minute to cover open shifts to make sure her clients have care for the day. We are so blessed to have her as part of our Home Instead family.
Tina - April 2022 CAREGiver of the Month
Tina loves her clients, and they love her. She has been caring for the same client for 3 years and they have become such good friends. She does so much for him and he thinks “she’s great and couldn’t do without her.” She is so reliable, is there every day, and goes for extra hours whenever needed. She also always helps and fills in every month for two other clients that always request her when their CAREGiver is not available. She has helped us out so much in April by covering for others and working 7 days week. She always does the extra things that help enrich the lives of her clients. She is an amazing cook and they all love her homemade meals! We and her clients appreciate her so much and are so blessed to have her as part of the Home Instead family!
Shae & Tamara - March 2022 CAREGivers of the Month
When a client’s family says that their CAREGivers deserve an award, we give them one! Tamara and Shae are always on time and never miss a day! They are so helpful and truly care about their client and treat her like their own mother. They have changed the client's life for the better and helped the family so much. Patricia - February 2022 CAREGiver of the Month
Patricia has been with her client, Sharon, for 3 years and has never been late or missed a day. Patricia is like family, and they have become great friends. Pat always puts her client’s needs first and makes sure she has everything she needs. Her client’s family said “Pat has been amazing, and we couldn’t ask for better care. She has gone over and above many times over the years and has helped in so many ways. She has a loving and caring nature and because of her excellent care, Sharon was able to stay in her home for 3 more years before recently moving to an assisted living facility.” Patricia greatly deserves this award!
Veronica - January 2022 CAREGiver of the Month
Veronica is an incredibly devoted caregiver who works with her client 7 days a week, sometimes twice a day. She truly is one of kind and is one of the nicest people we have ever encountered. She is always willing to fill in at the last minute when there is a need. We would be lost without Veronica as one of our CAREGivers!

Rochelle - April 2021 CAREGiver of the Month
Rochelle has been a wonderful CAREGiver for over a year with Home Instead. She has gone through our Specialized Training classes; she enjoys cats and dogs. She loves people and can walk into any room and give you the comforting sense that you have known each other for many years. She works full days, 7 days a week. She is someone we know we can always call when there is an emergency. She cares so deeply for each of her clients, they are more like family to her than a client. She takes the utmost care of them and they always look forward to her visits.
Joyce - March 2021 CAREGiver of the Month
Joyce! Our wonderful CAREGiver of the Month for March. She is a great companion to many. Since the pandemic there has been a lot of isolation. Feelings of loneliness have hit an all time high. Joyce came into this persons life just in time and while Mrs. did not think she really needed someone, once we got in the home and introduced Joyce to her, her whole world changed. Now she has said that she doesn't know what she would do without her. They spend time together talking, laughing, doing household chores together, sitting outside, and just keeping each other company. Joyce has said that Mrs. has helped her combat loneliness just as much as she has helped Mrs. It is a wonderful match and the timing couldn't have been better.
Carla - February 2021 CAREGiver of the Month
Carla, you take care of two wonderful people; two people whose lives you entered at exactly the right moment. They need you so much and the beauty of it all is that you know how much you can do for them and you go over and beyond to accomplish these needs you see around you. You stay later, you purchase things with your own money, you make phone calls to ensure appointments are correct and outside care is being scheduled. You are an amazing human being. Never change and never quit being you.
Antionette - January 2021 CAREGiver of the Month
Antionette, our extraordinary CAREGiver of January 2021!! Saying you are dedicated would be an understatement. You work 7 days a week. You work with the same families for years. Once you walk through the door, you instantly create an everlasting bond. You are always on-time; this office and the families you help always know you can be relied on. You embody all the beautiful and nurturing qualities one must possess to be a wonderful caregiver. We love and appreciate you and all that you do!
Rozena - 2020 CAREGiver of the Year
Rozena first became employed by our North office on April 28, 2006. She has displayed her compassion to our clients at both offices for over 14 years. She has a true passion for providing care to seniors and enjoys their company. She has provided her special caring skills to so many clients and they all love her and she stays with them for years. From companionship to hospice care, she has a unique skill to make the client feel secure and comforted and she quickly becomes a part of their family. She has an intuition to know exactly what the client’s needs and wants are, down to preparing the perfect favorite meal each time without them asking.
Above all, Rozena enjoys the companionship and conversation with her clients and reliving the memories, especially with those with Alzheimer's. One of her long-time clients always shares his memory of how he and his wife married 30 days after meeting and have been married over 50 years. She also helps him remember the many trips they have taken during those 50 years. His wife and daughter say she is part of the family and they are thankful for the excellent care and compassion she has given him over the years.
Marika - December 2020 CAREGiver of the Month
We can’t even begin to say enough good about Marika! Having previously worked with special needs children, it’s obvious that Marika has a huge heart and a penchant for giving back. As one of her clients says about her, “Marika is an absolute blessing in my life, and I don’t know what I would do without her!” She always finds time to take care of her regular clients, and frequently goes above and beyond by picking up shifts when we have a last-minute opening. Tionna - November 2020 CAREGiver of the Month
Tionna works 7 days a week and she is dedicated to one client. This is exactly what we try to do when we pair a CAREGiver with a family. We want to create this bond, trust, and connection that has been made here. Thank you Tionna for your commitment and for the love that you have for others.
Hanna - October 2020 CAREGiver of the Month
Hanna was carefully selected as CAREGiver of the month due to her kind heartedness. Her ability to walk into any home and make someone smile. She is honest, reliable, hard-working, and kind. She is pictured here with her longtime client, now friend, Joan. They immediately bonded and have been together ever since. She is always on time and goes over and beyond for Joan. They spent much quality time together which means a lot these days, especially since Joan doesn’t get out of the house much anymore. Hanna has become like family. Joan always speaks very highly and lovingly about Hanna.
Mindy - September 2020 CAREGiver of the Month
Mindy cares for a couple with Alzheimer’s and has been so good for them and they look forward to her coming. The daughter has said how much they have improved in her care. She is so grateful for all Mindy has done for them. She has helped them so much by doing engaging activities every day and taking them places that they remember from their past, which has helped tremendously with their cognitive thinking. For his birthday recently, she made his favorite fruit salad which he loved and said it was the best birthday ever! We are blessed to have such a caring and thoughtful person as part of our family!
Kola - August 2020 CAREGiver of the Month
Kola is a wonderful and very compassionate CAREGiver. Recently, we received this compliment from a clients daughter regarding his demeanor:
Kola has been a blessing. A perfect match. He always looks on the bright side and remains positive day in and day out. He’s very dependable, always on time and has never missed a shift. He’s present when therapists are in the home, asks good questions and stays engaged. "Poppy" (that’s what we call my dad) even asked Kola if he could just move in :)

Tionna - July 2020 CAREGiver of the Month
Tionna will be celebrating her one year with us soon but she comes with so much experience already! She is very dedicated and is assisting the same family six days a week. She enjoys her time with them and judging by the phone calls we receive, they too love her joyful presence. She is always on-time and has never taken a day off. She is a beautiful example of someone who wakes up every morning and enjoys what she does. To Tionna, this isn’t a job it is a hobby; something that she looks forward to everyday. CAREGiving brings her joy.
Katherine - June 2020 CAREGiver of the Month
Katherine is a very hard worker. She enjoys being around people, helping them to ensure a higher quality of life. Katherine is always on time and very reliable. She easily fits in, at any home. She came to join our team with many years of experience. She has assisted individuals in a variety of settings; she was a CNA and a Medic. Caring for others is in her heart. We are very lucky to have her as a part of our Home Instead Team.

Judy celebrated her two-year anniversary with Home Instead this past March and she has always been a dependable employee.
