Meet Our Team

Hope Boutte comes to Scottsdale from Baton Rouge, LA. She is a graduate of University of Louisiana at Lafayette (formerly University of Southwestern Louisiana.) She comes from a big, Cajun family, is the oldest of six and has always had a heart to care for others. Helping provide care for her dad, father-in-law and PawPaw over the past few years has made the experience of caring for aging loved ones personal to her.

Along with her own experience, having worked in the hospice field and Home Instead in Baton Rouge has given her hands on experience of what families of aging parents and grandparents deal with on a daily basis. Meeting with families and being able to provide care for those in need of our services and providing peace of mind for their family is something that she enjoys.

She looks forward to providing the best care possible for families in the Scottsdale area. Married to her husband Craig for 31 years, they have three children: Caroline, Jonas and Anne-Marie. Hope loves spending time with family, reading, meeting new people and going on adventures!

Craig comes to Home Instead with a background in Pastoral Care. “The opportunity to help families navigate the care of a loved one is not only an honor, it’s something Hope and I absolutely love.”

Craig’s personal introduction to CAREGiving came with his mother’s four-year battle with ovarian cancer and father’s diagnosis with dementia. As a result, Craig has gained invaluable insight into finding solutions for the many challenges families face while caring for their precious seniors.

Mindy is originally from Iowa but has been in Arizona for almost 30 years. She is a graduate from Arizona Sate University. Her love and compassion for seniors started by caring for her own grandparents...including her grandfather who is almost 98 years old. Her passion for helping other, and especially seniors, made her decide to become a caregiver for Home Instead in 2018. She quickly learned she was a true believer in the Home Instead model and their core values. Shortly after her time as a caregiver she moved into Recruitment and Engagement role. Not long after that, she moved to the Client Service Director and now she is Home Instead's General Manager! Being able to work in the office in these different roles at Home Instead makes everyday rewarding knowing she is helping make an impact on seniors by allowing them to stay home.

In her spare time, Mindy enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters hiking, reading, golfing, cooking, and enjoys the outdoors.

I go by the name " Ellie". I have lived in AZ for over 15 years. I have 3 beautiful children who are my world. I have been married for about 7 years now. I enjoy the role I have with Home Instead because even though I work in the office, I still get the opportunity to go out and be a CAREGiver and/or mentor someone during their first days with the company. Which is something I love doing. I got into the industry because of my passion for helping others and what better way to do then by being a CAREGiver.
I enjoy spending time with my family. Going to the movies, enjoying the outdoors or simply staying in and enjoying the company of my children.
