Kelly is the proud owner of Home Instead in Central Phoenix. She relocated to Phoenix in 2007, leaving a rewarding career at CVS Health to return to her passion for providing senior care, a calling inspired by a personal family experience. She finds immense joy in bringing independence and dignity to seniors through quality care and meaningful relationships. Kelly is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a Dementia Friends Trainer, with additional training in Parkinson's and Hospice and End-of-Life Support. She is a 2024-2025 Ongoing Panelist for Barrow Neurological Institute's Care Planning Forum, a founding member of the Safe Home Care Coalition, and a board member for PASRS. Her professional affiliations also include being a Franchise Exchange Council West Region Rep (2022-2024), a member of HCAOA, and an active participant in the WISH committee at Banner Health Foundation. When she isn't working, Kelly enjoys traveling, sports, and exploring Arizona with her family, while always making time to visit her loved ones in Nebraska.

Mindy is originally from Iowa but has been in Arizona for almost 30 years. She is a graduate from Arizona Sate University. Her love and compassion for seniors started by caring for her own grandparents...including her grandfather who is almost 98 years old. Her passion for helping other, and especially seniors, made her decide to become a caregiver for Home Instead in 2018. She quickly learned she was a true believer in the Home Instead model and their core values. Shortly after her time as a caregiver she moved into Recruitment and Engagement role. Not long after that, she moved to the Client Service Director and now she is Home Instead's General Manager! Being able to work in the office in these different roles at Home Instead makes everyday rewarding knowing she is helping make an impact on seniors by allowing them to stay home. Cathy grew up in Minnesota and moved to Arizona in 2009. Following in her aunt's footsteps, she pursued a nursing education at St. Mary's Hospital and became an LPN. With over 20 years of experience in senior care, she has a passion for the senior population, having previously worked in admissions for skilled nursing facilities and senior communities. Cathy is fiercely dedicated to her clients and finds it incredibly rewarding to help them live comfortably and successfully in their homes. Her expertise includes Dementia & Alzheimer and Hospice Certifications, and she specializes in high acuity clients, providing medication management, and discharge and returning home coordination. When she's not working, Cathy enjoys activities with her family and friends like traveling, golfing, hiking, and dancing.

Ellie has called Arizona home for over 15 years and is a proud mother of three. She is deeply passionate about helping others, which is why she was drawn to the caregiving industry. While she works in the office, she cherishes the opportunity to go out and serve as a CAREGiver and mentor new team members. Her extensive qualifications include being a CNA, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and an expert in Transfer/Lift/Ambulation, along with certifications in Hospice, Palliative Care, EssentialALZ from the Alzheimer's Association, Nursing & Elderly, and Understanding ALS. She is also a Certified Dementia Friends of Arizona. Outside of work, Ellie enjoys spending time with her family, going to the movies, enjoying the outdoors, and simply relaxing at home with her children.
