Joe Malagon is the franchise owner in Thousand Oaks, California. Joe’s years of experience owning and operating a business provided a great foundation to start a Home Instead Senior Care franchise. His love for interacting with people, especially seniors, makes this venture a perfect fit. He feels that Seniors are a true treasure with so much to offer. His goal is to give all of his clients and their families the quality of care, quality of life and peace of mind they so deserve, so they can age in place with dignity and respect. Joe spends his time outside of work with his wife and sons, coaching his son’s football and baseball teams and camping.

Jennifer McIntire is the General Manager in Thousand Oaks, California. Jennifer is Joe Malgon’s Mom, and was thrilled to join him on the Home Instead journey. Jennifer is a great assest with more than 40 years of advertising, marketing, sales and management experience. Her favorite thing about working with seniors is talking with them and hearing their life journeys. She is extremely passionate about the amazing, kind, caring, compassionate and loving CAREGivers she is so blessed to work with, that provide their clients exceptional care. In her freee time, Jennifer is always with her husband and their family, just enjoying each day to its fulliest.
