March 2022 Care Professional of the Month - Breea P.
Breea has been with our Home Instead team since September 2021. Since then, she has hit her 500 hour milestone in February 2022 and has continued to provide exceptional high quality care to aging adults in NW Missouri! She has recently taken on the role of Care Pro Mentor, assisting in providing training and support for our newly hired Care Professionals. When Breea is not working a shift or mentoring, she helps with Networking and Marketing in the Harrison, Worth and Gentry County areas!
Breea is our lifesaver! She is always filling in and picking up extra shifts when we need her – even if she has to travel long distance! She primarily takes care of our clients in Bethany but has filled in with several of our clients in the St. Joseph area, working long shifts to ensure our clients are taken care of. With her knowledge and skills, she takes the lead with her clients care and has jumped in to help in several Specialized Care situations, including hospice care. Breea is a go-getter, always making sure tasks are complete and has created strong bonds and trusting relationships with her clients.
