Congratulations Fallyn!
Fallyn has been with our Home Instead team since September 2020. She attends Northwest Missouri State University here in Maryville, MO.
Fallyn recently completed her internship with our office and now is continuing to work on implementing our new CAREGiver Mentor Program, Personal Skills Training, and other exciting projects to boost CAREGiver engagement, retention and training (when she isn't CAREGiving).
Fallyn is always going above and beyond, going the extra mile for her clients, picking up extra shifts (some being short notice shifts), has exceptional communication, dependable, dedicated, responsible and takes ownership in all that she does. She has a big heart and shows compassion and empathy to all she comes in contact with.
Fallyn has one of the brightest and positive personalities and we truly appreciate her hard work and dedication in all she does.
