My caregiver is Jiselle she is very helpful and Excellent at her job.
Jiselle has been with me since I came to Home Instead. She has not only done an excellent job meeting the requirements of her job but has managed to bring joy and happiness into my home. She is not only well informed regarding issues of aging people but has a true interest in our needs and makes a real effort to see that they are met. I look forward to seeing her on Fridays. She is not only efficient but a joy to have in a lonely home.
When I was discharged from 4 weeks in rehab Home Instead was there when I came home. They provided me with the support, care and encouragement while I convalesced and were instrumental in my recovery. Their caregivers there were step of the way and over time became like members of our family.
Overall, Home Instead was a great solution for my mother-in-law to be able to stay in her own home for a longer period of time. Her mobility was decreasing and she needed more assistance. The care givers that were assigned to my mother-in-law were kind, helpful, and supportive. They gave assistance and enabled her to remain fairly independent. It gave us, her family members, peace of mind knowing she had someone coming in a few days a week to take care of basic tasks that had become a burden for her.
My Mom had Home Instead. Sue, and Rosa were her Care Givers. They were so good to my Mom. I had prayed for good Care Givers after having prior bad experiences with another agency. Manuel and his family called to check on my Mom when she was hospitalized. I definitely recommend this Agency.
I have used this company for the past two years for the care of my Mom. They have been absolutely wonderful in meeting all of our needs and have provided caregivers that have become like family.
