Liz A - Recruiting and Engagement Coordinator
The minute I walked into the Home Instead office I knew it was the place for me. The energy in the office is palpable and the drive to make a difference was obvious from the start. I am honored to be part of the Home Instead team. I want to make a difference in the lives of our clients as well as the lives of our CAREGivers.
When I’m not at work I’m either outside with my partner Hannah birdwatching and wild mushroom foraging or spending time with our maniacal little cat Poppy, our 16-year-old dachshund Donna, and our 70 pound puppy named Fern!
Taylor B - Service Coordinator
I have worked in a healthcare for 13 years starting off as a CNA, Throughout my years in Healthcare I’ve come to see the many different healthcare settings such as nursing homes, hospitals, and for the last 5 years homecare! My heart is Most happy with making sure our Clients and Families are happy and that they know all available resources available to them. When I am not at work I am spending time with my Children who keep me busy with After school activities or you can catch me on the couch wrapped in a blanket with a good book or Movie!

I have been married to my wonderful wife, Kate, for 5 years and we have an amazing baby girl. I also love to work out and fix up my house.

Paul Mead - Owner
I worked in Corporate America for 26 years with positions of rising responsibility in sales, finance, accounting and operations. My expertise is in Supply Chain Operations including Forward and Reverse Logistics, Transportation, and Lean Sigma as well as Corporate Finance. I love Home Instead because it's the best non-medical home care provider in the industry, has an excellent reputation, and aligns with my values and beliefs. I'm really excited by the opportunity to give back to our community and help seniors age with dignity and comfort while being at home.
I love spending time with my wife and 4 kids, traveling, skiing, and snow mobiling. I also like to work out.
