Brandy Patton: Co-Franchise Owner

Brandy works as the internal business manager of Home Instead El Paso.  She works to create a smooth workflow between all parties for complete care. Her passion is seeing excellent care being given at all levels from the ground up because the elderly matter and deserve proper assistance. She believes that all staff holds an important role and focuses on how to improve for better client care. Team Member- Samuel

Samuel Patton: Co-Franchise Owner

Samuel’s passion is coming up with new and creative ways to serve our clients. Samuel works on the external side of our office, mainly in educating our staff and community on the importance of one-on-one elderly care and the benefits of this service. He believes that we make an incredible difference in the later life of our clients and small alterations to a client’s life can give them the comfort of staying home. Samuel has a background in mental health and holds a license in professional counseling.  Samuel received his bachelor’s degree from Abilene Christian University and his master’s degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Roman Roxy

Roxy Roman: Scheduling Coordinator

Roxy serves as our main and central voice when calling our Home Instead office. When calling us, you will most likely be speaking with Roxy as she is our primary first contact for anyone trying to reach our team. She works each week to successfully manage all schedules and changes for each client and CAREGiver.  Roxy comes to our office with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is working to a second degree presently. Team Member- Erica

Erica Boyle: Client Care Coordinator

Erica is our “Client’s” voice. Her primary goal is to walk a client and their family through the signing process and work with the family through all home processes. Erica writes all assessments for homes and makes sure the details are seen and understood by all staff and CAREGivers. If calling our office to discuss specifics about client needs or are interested in service information, Erica will most likely be your first and main contact. Team Member- Samantha

Samantha Llanos: Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

Samantha serves as our “CAREGiver’s” voice. Her main focus is hiring the correct CAREGivers to work in our client’s homes and to engage them in an honest and open way to bring the most positive work results to our clients. If you are interested in working with our office as a CAREGiver, Samantha would be your main contact. Her goal is to make Home Instead El Paso an employee’s ideal place to work. Samantha also serves as our “bridge” between Friday at 5 p.m. to Monday at 8 a.m.  She handles all items that come in our out-of-office hours for weekend services. Mendez Sylvia

Sylvia Castillo-Mendez: Home Care Consultant

Sylvia is our “positive light” to our clients. She visits clients often to simply talk with them and hear their stories. She goes above and beyond in the “extras” to make them feel important. She handles special projects including all COVID surveys to ensure clients and caregivers are following safety needs as well as leads our “Be a Santa to a Senior” project each year. Sylvia comes with over a decade worth of experience in social work and has a nursing degree from EPCC. Sylvia can be reached at
