Brandy works as the internal business manager of Home Instead El Paso.  She works to create a smooth workflow between all parties for complete care. Her passion is seeing excellent care being given at all levels from the ground up because the elderly matter and deserve proper assistance. She believes that all staff holds an important role and focuses on how to improve for better client care. Brandy received her bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing degree from Abilene Christian University. 

Samuel’s passion is coming up with new and creative ways to serve our clients. Samuel works on the external side of our office, mainly in educating our staff and community on the importance of one-on-one elderly care and the benefits of this service. He believes that we make an incredible difference in the later life of our clients and small alterations to a client’s life can give them the comfort of staying home. Samuel has a background in mental health and holds a license in professional counseling.  Samuel received his bachelor’s degree from Abilene Christian University and his master’s degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. 

Kris serves both potential clients, current clients and our Care Professionals. Her main focus is to ensure our Care Professionals are professionally trained. Kris was our very first caregiver when our doors opened over 8 years ago. She assists with the hiring and managing of our Care Professionals. Margie serves as our main and central voice when calling our Home Instead office. When calling us, you will most likely be speaking with Margie as she is our primary first contact for anyone trying to reach our team. She works each week to successfully manage all schedules and changes for each client and Care Professional. Margie comes to our office with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at El Paso. 

Roxy is the person who assists our office with retaining our Care Professionals and Clients. She is the bridge for Care Professionals after they are hired to assist them in their shift questions, online learning, training assistance and any needs they may have. She listens to each of our Care Professionals and works to make this the ideal place of employment for those with the heart to do elderly care in homes. She has two degrees from the University of Texas at San Antonio. If you are interested in working with our office as a Care Professional, Roxy would be your main contact. Aida serves as our Community Relations Coordinator. Her goal is to know the El Paso area and the wonderful people that work and live here and share her passion for high-quality elderly care. Samantha is our On-Call Coordinator who handles most of our out of hour calls on the weekends. She works each weekend beginning at 5 PM on Fridays through 8 AM on Monday mornings. She is reached by calling our main line during this time. Her main duty is to make sure all emergencies are handled quickly and appropriately when main staff is out of office.
