Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the CARE needs of our clients
- Maintaining a safe environment in the home
- Assistance with personal care including bathing, toileting and grooming
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Transportation assistance
- Nutrition management
- Medication Reminders
- Supporting cognitive health through social interaction
- Including Alzheimer’s and other Dementia CARE
- Verbal and Written communication with office staff
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 25lbs
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop and reach
Successful applicants will meet the following requirements:
- Valid Driver's License, Vehicle Insurance, and reliable vehicle
- CNA License
- Submit to Criminal Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Driving Record
- Submit to Pre-Employment Drug Screening
