Serving Clients in Rapid City, Spearfish, Sturgis, Lead, Deadwood, Hermosa, Hill City and rural areas surrounding.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the CARE needs of our clients
  • Maintaining a safe environment in the home
  • Personal Care including bathing, toileting and grooming
  • Mobility and transfer assistance
  • Nutrition management
  • Medication Reminders
  • Supporting cognitive health through social interaction
    • Including Alzheimer’s and other Dementia CARE
  • Use of technology both for training and documentation of tasks performed on shift
  • Verbal and Written communication with the office staff
  • Ability to lift, push or pull up to 25lbs
  • Ability to bend, kneel, stoop and reach

Successful applicants will meet the following requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License, Automobile Insurance, and reliable vehicle
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Must be comfortable with schedule variability due to client needs
  • Submit to Criminal Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Driving Record
  • Submit to Pre-Employment Drug Screening
