Eric and Arianna Denson

Owners

Eric and Arianna became owners of the Granbury, TX Home Instead Franchise in December of 2022. They are passionate about serving this community with dignity, compassion, and dependability. Eric is involved in overseeing the day-to-day operations and works very closely with the dynamic team of office staff and CarePros who share the same passion. Eric and Arianna have 3 children (which requires most of Arianna's attention), but when she is in the office, her focus is on staff-support. In their free time, Eric and Arianna enjoy doing anything outdoors (usually to help tire out those 3 kiddos!). They are a faith-filled family and hope to honor God in how they conduct business and build relationships within this community.

I am a Granbury native, 2nd generation (raising a 3rd). I have 20 years in customer service but with my focus in "serving the servers", my passion has always been to lead through servant leadership. I am so grateful to have found a way to serve, with my home here at Home Instead. Married to the love of my life, and Mom to 3 very creative and amazing kids. Our family is always ready for an adventure or to try something new.

Crystal Mays

Lead Care Pro

Crystal Mays started with Home Instead in August of 2017. She grew up in Granbury, as did most of her family. She is very caring and loves tending to others' needs and wants. She is always trying to put a smile on your face or trying to find a way to brighten someone's day. Crystal went from caring for our clients as a Care Pro to being our Lead Care Pro here in the office where she now trains other Care Pros how to use a Hoyer lift, transfer a client and change briefs. She is a proud football mom of her 17-year-old son who is also a senior this year. When not at work Crystal enjoys spending time with family and friends either at home playing games or outdoors camping and fishing.

Hi! I'm Rachel Reed. I have four grown children and seven grandchildren. I moved my 84- and 85-year-old parents to live with me from Wisconsin in 2022. It has been such a joy to be able to care for them. I also have a 5-year-old Border Collie named Rocky. I have had him since he was 5 weeks old. He has my heart! Being raised in Bethlehem PA, I discovered my passion for my Philadelphia Eagles. My blood is literally midnight green. I was hired on with Home Instead in September 2023 and have been blessed to be promoted as the Lead Care Pro in April 2024. As a caregiver, I love that I can be a reflection of God's love to families in need by taking care of their loved ones as if they were my own. I can't wait to meet you!.... GO BIRDS!!

For Crystal M, caregiving at Home Instead Northeast Big Bend Trail Glen Rose is more than just a job—it's a commitment to community. Crystal comes to us with a background in lead care pro, i do a lot at home instead, consults, client care, help w/ billing, ltc, & payroll. With Almost 8 years at Home Instead, Crystal has built relationships rooted in trust, compassion, and shared joy.

For Crystal, the reward is in the connection. "Being able to help, put a smile on their face, maybe help them do things they haven't done in years because they were to scared to do them on their own. Giving them a sense of accomplishment," Crystal shares. Through these shared moments, Crystal has learned valuable life lessons, noting, "That what we do here and for them does matter. Clients come to see us as family just as we come to see them."

Crystal's daily goal is simple: ensure every client feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. Skilled in i have done it all and feel i am good at it all. i feel skilled at supporting client from beginning to end even though the end is especially harder to cope with but then you know you have to stay strong for the client and the family., Crystal finds joy in the details of each visit. "Getting to talk to client's or even their families. Getting to put a smile on their faces or just being here to lend an ear for them to talk to and get things off their minds. Watching a loved one decline in health is not easy so sometimes the families find solace by talking with us here in the office letting them know they are not alone, and we are here to help in any way we can," Crystal says of a typical day.

Crystal praises the local team for their dedication and communication. "I can't answer this question; I haven't visited any of the other HI offices to know how we stand we apart for one another," Crystal notes. "We show up, we are there for the Client's, their families and each other. This team goes above and beyond to help out where and when we can because we really do care for the wellbeing of our community."
