Meet Our Team

Eric headshot 12 2021

Eric Carr, Franchise Owner / Services Director

As Franchise Owner and Services Director, Eric leads the Home Instead of Culver City support team in all areas of care, training, and community relations.

"I've worked in healthcare for 20 years, and I feel fortunate to enjoy meaningful work that makes a tangible difference in peoples' lives. Home Instead empowers people to age and thrive in place - in the home and community that they love."

Eric feels deep respect and admiration for the love and commitment of family caregivers, and he also sees how challenging it is for family members to care for an aging or disabled loved one while managing other career, parenting and life responsibilities. "Everyone needs support, especially family caregivers who can't always be there when a loved-one needs help. Bringing peace-of-mind to family caregivers is a hugely rewarding part of the work we do."

Outside of work, Eric enjoys live music of all sorts, cooking with family and friends, and staying active outdoors.

to evaluate the changing needs of clients and make recommendations about modifying the care plan as care needs evolve. Additionally, Chazz supports on-the-job
continuing education and training for Home Instead CAREGivers. Her goal is to support meaningful relationships between clients and CAREGivers.

Chazz holds a Masters in Gerontology with a concentration in Program Administration from the University of Louisiana Monroe. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Child and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Chazz first joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in 2012, working as a CAREGiver in the Lafayette, LA franchise. When she decided to relocate to SoCal, she brought her experience and passion for seniors to our team at Home Instead Senior Care of Culver City/Inglewood.

Aileen is our HR point person, helping CAREGiver Applicants move successfully through the hiring process and new hire training. She also supports the day-to-day needs of both Clients and CAREGivers.

Aileen is a graduate of University of California Los Angeles. She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Special Education. Aileen has 20+ Human Resources experience in the healthcare field. Her love for seniors began experiencing her own parents and mother-in-law grow older. "It was such a joy just sitting with my mother-in-law and listening to her stories of growing up and sharing her Thanksgiving family recipes! My parents spent their whole lives raising four kids, and it's our turn to give back and take care of them. Seniors have so much knowledge and expertise to share!" After working at a senior living facility, she became more interested helping seniors and their families afflicted with dementia and Alzheimer's.

In her spare time, Aileen enjoys bowling, skiing, and going to baseball parks all across the states. She has two boys, one playing Ultimate Frisbee at UCSB, and one playing baseball in high school.

Diane Green headhsot 12 2021

Diane Green, RN - Franchise Owner and Director of Payroll/Benefits/Billing

As a Franchise Owner and our Director of Payroll/Benefits/Billing, Diane oversees employee benefits and financials for the agency.

A registered nurse, from England, Diane moved to the United States in 1987. Diane worked in intensive care and then as a manager in organ donation and transplantation before turning her attention to senior care.

"I have worked in healthcare for over 30yrs" said Diane. "As an RN, I often saw seniors being admitted to the hospital and how challenging it was when it came time for them to go home. Many lived alone and needed support to stay healthy and safe at home".

"I was always interested in having my own business but I definitely still wanted to be in the business of caring for others." Diane carefully considered her options and "Home Instead Senior Care was by far the best opportunity to serve seniors, wherever they called home. I love the close interactions we have with clients and their families. It is what enables us to provide quality care for the seniors we serve, as we strive to change the face of aging".

In her spare time, Diane enjoys traveling, hiking and reading.
