Meet Our Team

Dinah and her daughter started Home Instead^® of Hollywood in 2012. Originally from Indiana they were excited to live near the beach and develop a business where many seniors wish to retire. There is a vibrant life for seniors in South Florida and Dinah knows there is a need for support to keep them independent and thriving in their own homes.

Just as all our clients do, Dinah has a long career history. She spent 23 years building power plants as an engineer. After a short retirement, Dinah chose Home Instead because she cared for her own mother as a single parent and related to the challenges that families are facing today. As her mother, June grew older, she lost three of her four adult children. As June's youngest daughter, Dinah supported her mother through the losses and helped her age with dignity. Being the only caregiver to her mother was difficult. As Dinah reflects on her past, if she had known of a service like Home Instead Senior Care, she would have been able to create more balance between being her mother's caregiver and spending time with her as just her daughter.

As the owner of Home Instead^®, Dinah is proud to be the face of the company and the one to meet with each family she serves. She stands by her mission, to provide a service to the seniors that is centered around strong relationship values and to develop compassionate employees that will become dependable resources for the families that we serve.

Dinah is a dynamic community leader and provides education to Broward county as an expert in senior care and aging in place. As a board member for both the Hollywood Women's Club and Pinion, Inc, she supports local philanthropy and creates positive change.

Hannah relocated to Hollywood from South Carolina in December 2020 to join our Home Instead^® Family as our General Manager. She is very enthusiastic and passionate about providing quality care for seniors and allowing them to maintain independence in their own home for as long as possible. Her career history is centered around serving her community and going above and beyond to provide excellent client care.

Hannah enjoys spending time with her three children. She loves outdoor activities and spending time with her extended family.

As our General Manager, Hannah takes an active role in ensuring our Care Professionals as well as our clients are treated with respect and dignity at all times. We are excited to have her as a part of our Home Instead^® Family, her level of compassion makes her a wonderful asset to your loved one’s care team.

For more than 10 years, Susan as been a member of the Home Instead^® mission. She has been a Care Professional in the field and a mentor to all our Care Pros. In her role as a Service Coordinator she provides each Care Pro with the vital information needed to give exceptional care to your loved one. Through careful coordination, Susan meets the scheduling needs for each client with emphasis on creating high quality caregiver matches. Matching the best Care Pro has been a skill Susan has mastered and finds the reward in the stories that come after a successful match.

Susan is an active member in her church and enjoys spending time with her two children. She loves to travel to Jamaica and create lasting memories with her family.

Dynetta is a master’s prepared Registered Nurse with over 40 years of experience. Originally from the Bahamas she immigrated to Florida in 1991. Dynetta has vast experiences in bedside nursing and eventually transitioned to teaching, which she thoroughly enjoys. She teaches nurses, CNA’S and mentors fledgling nurses.

Dynetta’s passions include being an advocate for patients and their care, visiting homeless shelters in her spare time to give back to those less fortunate than herself, and she hopes to continue serving her community for a long time to come!
