Lee Norris and J.D. Bobbitt, local Home Instead Franchise Owners

Lee Norris and J.D. Bobbitt, met and married following successful careers of their own. Lee, a registered nurse for more than 30 years, was ready for a change following a series of personal family losses. JD, a retired military pilot then program manager for a defense contractor, had experienced his own loss when the pair met and married in Wichita, Kansas. Together, they decided to leave their traditional jobs and start a new life in JD's native North Carolina. They soon opened their Home Instead Office and find each day satisfying and productive. They enjoy making a real difference in the lives of their clients and CAREGivers. "This is more than a business, we feel it's a calling and feel we've answered this call for all the right reasons."
