Position: We are seeking a part-time caregiver to join our team. This role involves providing compassionate care and assistance to individuals to help them remain safe and independent at home.. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients and ensuring their well-being and comfort.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Assisting with mobility and transferring.
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.
- Escorting clients to appointments or social outings
- Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving preferred but not required. Paid training provided.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
- Must have valid drivers license and car insurance
Schedule:
- Part-time hours available, with flexibility in scheduling.
- Morning, afternoon, evening, with weekends paying $1.00 more an hour
