Mike Levine, Franchise Owner

Mike Levine, Franchise Owner

Our Fearless Leader! Mike is a long time resident of the Venice, FL area, where he lives with his wife Lisa. They have four children. In addition to owning the local Home Instead Senior Care franchise, Mike serves as a board member for The Salvation Army in Venice, a member of the Sertoma Club and recently has tried to re-discover his youth by restoring a 1974 Hobie Cat with his sons to go sailing. Earlier this year we moved into a new office and installed a big fish tank. We often see Mike trying to save the fish! His heart is so big that he is passionate about caring not only for Seniors but also the non-human community.

Adah Camacho, Operations Director/ Administrator

Adah Camacho, Operations Director/ Administrator

​Adah Camacho is our Operations Director/ Administrator. She comes to us with over 30 years of experience in various healthcare venues working as Certified Nurse Assistant, Medical Assistant, OB Surgical Tech, Managing Director and Field Service Director. Her experience expands in the areas of hospital and medical systems within departments of revenue cycle management, case management, patient care, healthcare collaborations, community and organizational healthcare.

While being a full-time employee, mom and wife, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with high honors from Eckerd College to prove to her three sons it could be done with a busy life schedule. Eventually, she went on to earn a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University.

Adah and her husband are dedicated Miami Hurricane Football fans- Go Canes! They enjoy an active lifestyle with traveling, spending time with friends and family, but what they love most is spoiling their four grandchildren.

Monet is our recruitment and retention coordinator, and plays a pivotal role in the research and development of new talent. A Marylander at heart, she brings 20 years of experience in communications which has helped her hone her people skills and the knack of finding the heart of a caregiver in every applicant. She received her Bachelor's of Science degree with emphasis in Public Relations and communication from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, MI. However, she didn't stay there too long. It was way too cold. She moved to Florida in 2004 with her husband to start a family. She was a stay at home mom for 3 children for 10 years. When the kids started school, she missed the joys of working with other adults so she started with Home Instead as a CAREgiver. She divides her time between being a member of our Core Team, and taking care of clients in the field which is her passion. She understands the joys and concerns that come with these amazing positions. On weekends you can find her watching football (GO Skins!), going to the beach and spending loads of time with her family.

Shelli Fitzgerald, Scheduling Coordinator

Shelli Fitzgerald, Scheduling Coordinator

​Shelli came to the company from relocating here from Virginia in 2012. She worked on Labor and Delivery for 4 years prior to moving down here. She started off as a CAREgiver for Homeinstead in 2013 and then in 2015 she got promoted to the office as the Scheduling Coordinator. Shelli brings lots of scheduling knowledge and caregiving knowledge to the company so she can relate to the caregivers and clients and understand what they are going though. Shelli is also a full-time mother to 3 awesome kids and 3 furry babies. When she isn't working you can find her at her pool or sitting on the beach with her family.
